CK Nails moved from Northtown Plaza to a new location at 1060 Niagara Falls Blvd about a year ago.  While I never visited the old location, I loved checking out their new spot for the first time yesterday!  From the outside, it is almost easy to miss CK Nails as it's in a small plaza in a sea of never ending plazas and strip malls.  However, upon stepping inside, this place is definitely unique!  It's very clean, beautifully decorated, and all the equipment appears to be new.  There is a good selection of normal polish and gel polish as well as a large flat screen TV mounted on the wall across from the pedicure chairs.  I stopped in for a traditional pedicure and a gel manicure around 4pm.  I was taken right away and received very friendly service throughout my entire visit.  While I would have liked a little bit more scrubbing on my heels (damn calluses), my pedicure still turned out great and my feet are much smoother.  The gel manicure was fast and my nails are evenly shaped and polished to perfection.  At only $55 (not including tip) for both of these services, I would absolutely return.  Easy parking, friendly staff, and quality services at affordable prices... what more could you ask for? :) Read Less

My mom, daughter and I have been coming to get our nails done here since they first opened up in the northtown plaza. We have loved the service and the people who work there. Everyone is so nice and polite. They have there new store on Niagra falls Blvd. It's so pretty and clean. We just love going, they treat you like family. See for yourself, you're going to enjoy it. Had gotten acrylics a week ago, horribly rushed and sloppy, the acrylic was all over my fingers. They’re too thick and get caught in my hair already. They’re only a week grown out and look like they’re ready to pop off any second. Half of my nails were left unpolished as well. This isn’t the first time Ive been disappointed by them. I would give this place 3 1/2 stars.The pros: the place is very clean and the staff very friendly, I made an appointment, showed up a bit early and was taken right away. The pedicure itself was very good, but that leads me into the cons.The cons: I scheduled an appointment for a spa pedicure but instead received a regular pedicure. It was very quick which was quite disappointing and my leg and foot massage lasted no longer than a minute. On their website, it states a spa pedicure takes an hour (which I know I didn't receive), and a regular pedicure is anywhere between 30-45 minutes... I was in and out in 25 minutes -_- there isn't a huge selection of colors - lots of reds and pinks, and darker colors, but not many spring and summer colors. Overall, it's nice place, clean, and not too expensive, but my relaxing pedicure seemed a bit rushed. If I return I will make sure to just come to get a regular pedicure. Read Less

My mom, myself​ and my daughter have been going to get our nails done there since they opened this shop. I'll put it to you this way when we started going my daughter was maybe 5 or 6 years old. Great place for a pedicure. Got one in May for my friend's wedding and it lasted until the beginning of July. Just went there last night with my mom and it was just a great experience again. It doesn't smell like heavy fumes, and their massage chairs are great. The employees are very nice and take their time and effort in doing your nails. A pedicure is only $25! Great place. Read Less

Walked in and was taken cared of right away. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The entire time I got my pedicure done, the staff was talking and laughing with us. I LOVE this place! I have been here several times now for a pedicure and gel manicures. My gel manicures have lasted 2+ weeks without any chips. That has NEVER happened to me before until coming here. The staff is super friendly and professional and they do a fantastic job. It is very clean here and the pedicure chairs are super comfortable with great massage settings. Tons of options of both gel colors and regular colors. I highly recommend this spot! Read Less

I went here to have my lip waxed this past weekend.  They didn't cleanse the area before, or treat it afterward, like they had in previous visits.  I had gone in with more than two months of growth, so there shouldn't have been any problems.  Luckily my facial hair is blonde..... Because when I got home, I found that entire strips of hair were untouched.  I had used a gift certificate on this visit, and even have a balance left on it....  But I won't be back. Read Less

I love going to this place to get my nails done. Everytime I go there they are so nice and very friendly. They make you feel very welcome. There prices are right. I always go to get gelish nails and only pay $30.00. When I go to get a mani+pedi the total is only $50. ( that is with the gelish mani). I love how the place looks so nice inside. There are 2 big flat screen tv, and everything inside is up to date. I will be going back there with out a doubt. Read Less

This is my second time at C K Nails. Look like they just remodeled the place look fresh and clean. There price is a bit higher than surround nail salon but for the professional services and friendly staff it is worth a few dollars extra. I have been to other nail salon around the area, so far this is my favorite. Will go back for certain! Read Less

They are under new management and they are terrible. I brought my 14-year-old daughter in for a birthday manicure and her gift certificate was 2 DAYS past the expiration date (I did not even know they had that policy), and they refused to honor it. $25 down the drain, they were really rude and could not care less.
