They do nails (or ANC W TIP) OKAY. I say okay bc as far as the quality of their DIPPING POWDER goes it is top notch but my tips always started falling off and chipping after a week I tried a couple of times with a couple different technicians and still disappointed. They renovated recently and I was going to try again but went on their website to see they raised all their prices. I’m from NYC and the top salons where I got my tips would stay on fresh for a month And I payed $25-$30 the most so no a renovation doesn’t make the actual service any better or warrant a price spike they’re decent but not worth that much money. Just moved to this state and was very concerned about where I would find someone to care for my locs, after doing lots of research trying to find a place, I found this place and seeing one loc pic I thought I'd give them a try. I called and made an appointment and I must say I wasn't disappointed, I've had my share of bad experiences with hair salons but thank God this wasn't one, Christina did my hair and I was well pleased. Great prices and service! I got an ANC gel dip manicure for $25. There are about 100+ colors to choose from. They also offer a free touch up 7-10 days after the manicure. Em Em did a wonderful job and was very pleasant. Great customer service. *make sure to make an appointment because they had a lot of business even on a Thursday afternoon. My first visit was just ok. I will give them another chance since the location is convenient for me but my time there was chaotic. I checked in and saw the person I'd been scheduled with. She seemed surprised I was there as I believe she'd been asked to do a more pricey/ skilled service for someone else. So she and the supervisor spent 5 minutes determining who I should see. Once reassigned I spent time with a newer tech who was very very slow. Not a problem, really. But every 10-15 minutes she would get assistance or interrupted (to share knowledge) from other technicians. In all, 3 people sat in the pedicurists chair at some point. The last woman took over and did my manicure (no polish) which was fine. The services - no special powders or designs - took more than 90 minutes. I was looking for a salon in the area that did ANC and although I was skeptical of the location of Reddicks I'm glad I went. The place was packed when I went in at 4:30 on a Monday so definitely make an appointment. They have a ton of ANC colors to choose from and my nails came out looking great, the nail technician seemed to do a very thorough and careful job. I like that they have an online appointment system and I'll definitely be going back for the free touch up. I will say that the back entrance is pretty much unmarked as a nail salon and if I hadn't read about it online there's no way I would've gone through that door. For having all 5 star reviews, we were not impressed in the least, quite disappointed. I had a group of 6, get pedicure today, that was a wedding party, and the mother and step mother of the bride. Made the appointment a week and half ago, they called me a few days later and asked for us to change the time. Which was fine, but also made me late as I was taking the train in from Buffalo. The mother of the bride was sat way down at the other end, away from the rest of the group. They sand papered the bottom of my foot so much that it started to hurt and is now raw. One of the other girl massage was so hard and wit no lotion that her skin was peeling off and was painful, and she described as the worst pedicure she's ever had. One of the ladies ask for no cutting as she had just had an ingrown toenail removed. But the girl still dug her tool in. Over all the place is not clean, and has no windows, has a very back room feel. The door and concrete at the entrance is very messed up and each of us tripped over it. There was another bridal party that came in after us and was offered champagne, when we were not. Would not recommend, and will not be back. I am shocked I had such a different experience than so many other people. First impressions is that it is dirty and not kept up. When I was finally seated the water was super hot. my girl had me soak then left for 25 minutes to take someone else despite having an appt. when it was over she just walked away and left me in the chair to talk to her friends. Um I have to move the arm up and get out with wet nails and FYI I'm 8 1/2 months pregnant. Didn't put me under a dryer and I had to approach her to pay her. The only reason I gave it two stars was that my nails looks nice but I will never go there again.*update: the owner reached out to me to apologize which was very nice. TIP: MAKE AN APPOINTMENTI love my nails!  I think this is the best manicure I have ever received. I came in person but realized that they are a very busy place and require appointments. You can make it online or by calling in. Mondays they are shorter nail technicians so it could be harder to make an appointment then. Their summer season is busy and is especially busy when the college students are back in town. They are known for their ANC dip gel which, as Brian says, is normally $35 but is $25 at their place with a free touch up in 8-10 days. I think this is a great deal! The ANC dipping gel process is supposed to be healthier, better for the environment, and longer lasting than shellac/gel (pretty shocking to me since shellac lasts so long). They have over 150 ANC gel colors to pick from. The process is an arduous one that requires 2 layers of the powder, and several layers of base coats and top coats. I had to get former shellac removed before the process and it was done by soaking my nails in a hot acetone bath. It is free to remove shellac. They have around 8 pedicure stations and 10 manicure stations with around 10 nail technicians working on Tuesday. They have TV featuring entertaining 90s-current music videos (Goo Goo Dolls, Green Day, Chris Brown, Chainsmokers, etc.). Jing Jing did my nails though I was told before that I was scheduled to Moi. My nails are flawless and have a great shape to them thanks to Jing Jing! There is not a single crevice where the gel did not fill on my nail bed. I had two layers of the gel done so it has a more natural look. Jing Jing explained that some customers like 3 layers but that I could go with 2 and see how I like them since she knew I wanted a more natural appearance. I will be coming back here for sure! Also, they have two parking lots. The upper lot gives you access to the nail salon while the lower lot gives you access to the hair salon and beauty supply store where they sell wigs and other supplies.I came a little under 10 days later for my free touchup and was so glad that I could. I accidentally hit my thumbnail with a hammer while I was hanging up pictures in my house. The nail chipped so I had an area that needed a fill-in. Jing Jing was able to make it look good-as-new! She also cleaned up my cuticles during the touch-up. My nails grow slow and the color I got was closer to my skin color so there wasn't much to touch-up on my other fingers. Best ANC manicure around! Owners and staff are all very friendly and do an amazing job.  Prices are the best around. Mani stays looking fresh for 3 weeks. These lovely ladies were able to squeeze me in for a walk-in pedicure on the Friday of mother's day/graduations/proms weekend. They run a really tight ship here! Debra is in charge, directing customers where to go and assisting the staff. They have a ton of colors in regular, gel, and ANC but I'm not sure what ANC is honestly. Some customers had issues with Debra while I was there but it seemed they were late, like 20 mins late, and stated they were not leaving and had made the appt in advance. Debra handled it in stride and was able to accommodate everyone. They do a great job getting the dead skin off your feet and my pedicure was very nice. Will definitely return, with an appointment! I walked in on a spur of the moment and although they were very busy, they were able to accommodate my unplanned request for a hair cut. I was taken care of by Jean and she gave me an amazing cut! I was unsure of exactly what I wanted and her styling was perfect. She has a technique that shows confidence and great ability. I'm very thankful for her skills. The place was very clean and managed and there is also a nail salon upstairs. I got my first gel pedicure here a few days ago and it was not done properly. As soon as Brian (the owner) knew about it, he reached out to me and wanted to make it right. This afternoon I went in and Jing Jing helped fix my nails . Now they look fabulous! Jing Jing is super sweet, patient, and very professional. She let me test 3 different colors and was being extra careful with removing cuticles and reshaping my nails. Diana also came over to make sure things were going smoothly. I'm a very happy costumer! I've been to Reddick's salon about 3 times now! Zing is my favorite for ANC dipping powder. She really gets the job done and she does it really well! I strongly recommend her! I've done my manicure and pedicure with her twice already and it's been perfect both times, she takes her time, she's just amazing. HOWEVER! I did my nails with Laquanda and I didn't like how my ANC nails came out... was not a fan, I just didn't like her service that much. She was very friendly and all, I enjoyed he company but I won't be making future appointments with her. Overall, everything about Reddick's is great which is why I'm giving it five stars! Afom was fantastic! I definitely recommend her if you ever get the chance. She makes sure that each nail is how you want it - length, shape, cuticle etc. She was extremely careful with every instrument (which I really appreciate because I'm prone to cuts etc). I tried this place on a whim because of a Groupon deal for 2 shellac manis, and what a great deal! The outside off Erie Blvd looks a bit (ok, maybe a lot) sketchy, but park up the hill around the back for the entrance for mani/pedis. It is actually not bad inside and wide open and clean!What really sets this place apart from your typical mani/pedi place is the service I received from Chin Chin. What a sweetheart!! She spent A LONG time on my pedi and took so much care scrubbing and sloughing away all of the dry skin and restoring my feet. She is a very smiley, sweet person, and she took equal care and time doing my shellac mani. The polish turned out beautifully, and I couldn't be happier with my experience there, especially for the price. I found the other employees there to be friendly to me, too.  They all appeared to work very hard and took pride in their work.  I had also seen Seema on a prior visit for a shellac mani, and she did a nice job as well. Though I love splurging and going to a spa for a mani-pedi when I can, this will definitely be my "go-to" place for an inexpensive, "in and out" mani-pedi. Worst experience I've ever had at a salon...ever. I made an appt but still had to wait bc there was obviously no communication with the staff. Two of the girls were rude and talking about me while I was getting my nails done about how the manager scolded them for taking a walk-in (who was their friend and kids) instead of taking me, who had an an appt. It was dirty...my manicurist used a new nail file but the other tools were in a drawer, not in sanitizing solution. My shellac manicure came off within 2 hours...just chipped right off! The shellac manicure was half priced, only $15, but I still tipped $6 (20% on full price of $30). I called and left a message to ask for them to re-do them on the next business day and no one even bothered to call me back. Read Less
