I am a Nail person. However, my nails were rushed not sanded down polish on nails and old fingernail polish still on finger. He would not clean under the nails. Believe me I asked. The salon is clean they are friendly but they rush. It's on 1 level if you are handicapped. That's all I have...Not a great experience. Read Less

Been coming here forever because they do a great job. I love it here, they always have the newest colors and multiple brands of gel polish to choose from. They’re are consistent and all of their nail techs do a great gel manicure that lasts a long time. You don’t have to worry about someone shaping your nails ugly . Read Less

These people at paris nail's are scumbags! Not professional sitting around playing cards,they over charged me for a FILL refuse to put acrylic on the tip's of my nail's refuse to clean under my nail's they told me they don't have the right tools and started laughing at me i give these hustling scumbags a double 00 Do not spend no money at this salon! A friend and I went here for a couple of desperately needed pedicures and ended up getting manicures done as well. They had plenty of color options and after seeing a gel manicure being beautifully done beside me I've decided I'm going to try that next time. Went to Paris nails in western lights and NEVER AGAIN!! Had to make them change my nail tech because she was rude and REFUSED to fix a nail SHE chipped because she was rushing to "go to the doctors" and charged 33$ for short nails with no designs accept for my ring finger. On top of which , the rude nail tech Told me "if you don't like it go some place else" and proceeded to speak about me in bad ways with other nail techs. Sticking to apples nails from now on. If i could give this place a damn 0 i would first i came in to get two of my nails fixed all of the nail technicians looked at me like i was not welcome the manager WHO DOES NOT DO NAILS. thought it was funny for him to fix my nails then say" o i dont do nails and laughs" i said how in the hell do you not do nails but your doing mine??? They literally spoke from their seats to me. I've never been treated so rudely at an establishment before. I would recommend no one go and be subjected to this treatment. This place has gotten progressively worse since moving to the larger location next door. I have been a loyal customer for a decade and am now looking for somewhere else.  There is an upcharge for everything (services that were once included, are no longer) and the atmosphere is no longer friendly as it once was. I have gone several times now when the ladies are napping in the pedicure chairs or playing cards; I don't have a problem with either except they are not attentive or welcoming when you come in. This is the most awful place I've been to. The lack of customer service skills is unbelievable. The staff is rude and the service is lousy!!! My first experience I let it go because there were only a few technicians working and it was at the end of the night. My next and last visit was midday and the shop wasn't busy, fully staffed and the service was just awful. The way the staff speak to customers is down right embarrassing. This is the worst place I've ever been to. The staff is rude and the service is awful. Run don't walk away from this place. While the technicians at this salon know their craft, the customer service experience is lacking. The cleanliness of the store is also lacking although they did open a new store which I assume is cleaner. I used to go here often but soon realized I was not being treated as a customer should so I stopped spending my money on nails and generous tips and doing my own nails now. Read Less
