Whoever is giving this place anymore than 1 star doesn’t have eyes, or care about their health. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the most disgusting place I have ever been to. I came for a pedicure and having had many pedicures before I know how long they are generally supposed to last. I was done in less than 15 minutes! They guy did one coat of polish, it was everywhere and was smudged even before I got out of the disgusting seat. I’m pretty sure my 3 year old could have done a better job. I honestly wish I would have walked out! This place is not up to code and NEEDS to be shut down immediately. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE!!

Aweful service unsanitary building my nail look like a child did them acrylic all over my skin he used plyers to cut access off and took a chunk of my skin with it and proceeded without trying to attend to blood but poured acetone over cut finger causing more pain I was so angry I didn't even want them painted I had to come home and file and fix myself pedicure doesn't even look like I had one done water wasn't even hot but chilly warm the shop was disgusting do not go

Worst Pedicure I have gotten in my Life. Sign clearly says 20 bucks for a Pedicure he tried to charge me 25. I guess you get what you pay for. Place is unsanitary and filthy like it has not been clean...
Worst Pedicure I have gotten in my Life. Sign clearly says 20 bucks for a Pedicure he tried to charge me 25. I guess you get what you pay for. Place is unsanitary and filthy like it has not been cleaned in years. Spend a few more dollars and go somewhere else. 💀🤦🏻♀️

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. Went there today for the first time and the man who did my nails cut me. Also I got coffin shaped nails and he used an elementary school scissors to make the coffin shape which was very unprofessional. He was filing my nails and was SOOO ROUGH, left me with a very deep cut on my middle finger and ring finger on my right hand. When I told him he did, I told him to honor a discount as there's no reason why anyone would pay regular price if blood is running down their finger and he only gave me a $1 off. He did two coats of the polish and added the clear coat for a finish and there was bubbles in my nails and I told him, and he said "it's ok". after I told him to fix it. My cuticles were not cleaned and the coffin shape of the nails is inconsistent. It was evident his work was quick and he looked forward to leaving so he could smoke cigarettes. AND their credit card machine doesn't work but of course they won't tell you that until it's time for you to pay. Save your time and money and go some place else. I'm not even from here, and the Syracuse nail salons I have heard about and have been too are really poor with their craft.

Horrible svs. Did my pedi in 8 mins! Poor job. Didn't use cuticle cream only water. Made my cuticles so sore. Had gel nails on my feet and hands. The nails were peeling before I left the shop. Made him fix several over. Got home and they peeled even more! He nicked my finger twice with the filer. He was rushing thru my pedi and fill. I was charged $52 for this crappy job! I will never go back there again. And suggest no one does!

I came here for a pedicure because it was the only place I could find that was still open at 5pm on a Sunday. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, my pedicure felt great and my toes looked awesome!

This is the only place I go for eyelashes. Reasonably priced and friendly service. Steven gives me a natural look. I no longer buy mascara. If I want a longer, more glamorous look, they provide that also. It's a 20 min drive from my house but well worth the trip!

This was the worst nail shop ever! I highly recommend that you ignore that this place even exist! The chubby nail tech Mary (not sure if that's her real name) didn't even remove all of the nail polish...
This was the worst nail shop ever! I highly recommend that you ignore that this place even exist! The chubby nail tech Mary (not sure if that's her real name) didn't even remove all of the nail polish that was on my nails. As she continued to jack up my nails she said she would just use color to cover it up. I'm not even sure if any of the nail techs had there licenses. Feeling irritated!!!! -10 stars

Whoever is giving this place anymore than 1 star doesn’t have eyes, or care about their health. If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is the most disgusting place I have ever been to.
