The lady put my bow on way too thick, added jewls I didn’t want, like it was honestly a quarter inch thick, it looked sloppy. She added silver sparkles to the end of my nails I didn’t ask for, she didn’t shape them right.. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed today. All she did was babble in Chinese the entire time. The ENTIRE time, at times I don’t even think she was talking to anyone. When I asked for a bow jewl, she got annoyed and called me a diva (which I’m far from, I had even just got off working a 12 hour night shift, and I hardly spoke, smiled the entire time and kept saying, please, thank you, and I’m sorry, when it was her messing up.) then she said something in Chinese along with “English are so annoying” right after calling me a diva. She was awful, and so, so rude. The only reason I’m even giving it a two star is because the other lady and the gentleman who did my pedicure were wonderful. I don’t usually leave reviews but if you do go here just be sure do get your nails done by the gentleman or the niceness lady with glasses, the other one is just really awful. I paid $90 just to have to go back to a different salon today. Never again.

Amy Nails is always my go to place for a mani or pedi! They are the best in Layton I have found, awesome quality, kind, and an affordable price. They take walk ins, but an appointment is wise because they are usually busy. Their nail art is gorgeous and they are willing to try new things if you bring a picture!

I'm so overly impressed with the job Ann did on my nails and I will continue to go back to everytime. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and they turned out perfect, if not better. I love them!!

I went in for my first time today.. I have had acrylic nails for 10+ years and went to the same lady, well she moved so I have been panicking trying to find someone new.. HOLY COW, Ann went above and beyond!! She was so amazing and so patient with me. I will be telling all my friends who went to the same nail salon I did before, to come see Ann! Thank you Ann for caring and making my nails look perfect!!!

im giveing this plave one star beacuse the lady was rude she kept going to much on my nails after i asked her no to do so much with the fileing power tool she did not listen ny fingers are tender i asked nicely i was waiting 20 mins while she was looking at a stack of bills back to the nail experience and as she was useing the power tool she slipped beacuse she was going to fast she hurt my finger going to deep on more than 3 ocations then in Chinese calls me a baby i had my son with me she was rude about that my son didnt seem to bother anyone else but her he was talk to me she kept shushing him meanwhile shes blabbing away in Chinese and i could tell they were talking about me would tell my son to sit down even if he got up to ask me to fix my cellphone he was useing usually i tip and after todays experience she got nothing mind you also i paid over 40 at thos place for a gel fullset with the hologram powder stuff along with my eyebrows the nails look good as far as treatment and experience its a no go i will not be returning ever again

I love this place! Every worker there is absolutely amazing! I have been doing my nails here for 5 months now, and won't go anywhere else! The quality of their gel, and acrylic is amazing! I can go 3 weeks without needing a fill! Also love their waxing as well!

This is the best nail salon I've been tp. From the moment you walk in, until you leave they treat you so kind and are so welcoming there. The work they do is fantastic as well. I live quite far from there but will make the trip each time I want to get something done. That's how much I loved it.

I left shortly after my pedicure began because of the condition of the shop. I came with a friend and we were told only one of us could go at a time. It was uncomfortable having the pedicurist groom my nails while my friend had to simply sit and wait. The tools were coming from a jar that did not look promising. Nothing in the shop truly looked sanitized. Zero privacy if you want a wax or eyelash extensions. We both felt guilty leaving but honestly were concerned about hygiene issues and/or transmissible diseases through the tools. Unfortunately I will not be back.

I went to Apples Nails 10/18/14 me n my daughter it was her birthday... Long story short, they told me on the phone my price was $33 got there the price change... But the man was still willing to give me the price the lady told me over the phone.. I said ok.. Got done with the service, i said whats the total he said $35 paid with my card, left check my transaction on my phone.. $42 dollars came of my card for apples nail... Went back they telling me they dont kno wat happen!!! To me thats bullshit!!! I will NEVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE.. OR RECOMMEND A ANIMAL... my first time there.. I told them how i feel and left cause i did not want to ruin my child first time at the nail salon... AND my nails is like a 5 out of 10... My daughters is nice... WAIST OF MONEY N MY TIME!!

The lady put my bow on way too thick, added jewls I didn’t want, like it was honestly a quarter inch thick, it looked sloppy. She added silver sparkles to the end of my nails I didn’t ask for, she didn’t shape them right.. I had to go to another salon to get them fixed today.
