My regular nail salon was too busy to take me on Saturday afternoon and I had forgotten to make an appointment.  I had passed by natural nail salon many times and was curious about it.  I walked in and was blown away. Gorgeous decor, modern, clean set up.  It just emanates luxury.  From moment one, my expectations for Mani pedi were exceeded.  I sat for my pedi.  They offered me coffee or water. The coffee did not come in a plastic cup.  No.  It was served in China, on a bamboo platter with tea cookies.  I was so impressed.  The nail stations are set up on a long bar. Very comfortable. Best nail place around.  I travel 8 miles out of my way as I have dozens of nail salons near me but def worth the trip.  The girls are lovely and make me feel like a queen and then after all that I get the best 5 to 10 minute massage thrown in... what more can one ask for?? Read Less

We had about a dozen girls and a few of the moms even stayed as well. Everyone got mani/pedis and had an amazing time. The salon is gorgeous and so clean and inviting. There were plenty of staff members around to help and they were so nice and helpful. Came in to get my nails done a week ago was extremely happy with result! Unfortunately two snapped because i like them long and should have opted for acrylic instead of sns. First time here and what a pleasant and wonderful experience. Super clean. The staff are very talented and oh so friendly. What a refreshing change of pace for the North shore. My technician Kathy cleaned up a messy 3 week old gel manicure and returned my nails to their natural state looking better than they have for months. The spa is so pretty and comfortable. I've been to this nail salon a number of times now. I consider myself to be a bit of a tough customer when it comes to nail salons. I have tried nearly every nail salon in the Syosset, Woobury, and East Norwich areas. I have never been loyal to one salon because I find there are pros and cons to each. This nail salon is in a league of its own. In the important areas of cleanliness, customer service, finished result, and atmosphere, Natural Nail Salon is exceptional. Cleanliness- I like that this location uses disposable tub liners. They also disinfect the tools using heavy duty sanitizers. They also use disposable files and buffers. Customer Service- the women who do the pedicures and massages are sweet and accommodating. Grace is a pro. She custom mixed an awesome color for me. Each person I've had has been professional. Sometimes a nail salon can be reminiscent of that Seinfeld episode. This nail salon is not like that at all.  Finished Result- the women there are meticulous. They take time and care to make sure that the end result is perfect. Also, the nail polishes (Zoya, Deborah Lippmann) seem to last longer. I've noticed less peeling and splitting with the use of these polishes. Atmosphere- this place is beautiful. High ceilings and a serene (quiet/spa-like) environment. Some nail salons are like a factory. This place is not like that at all. It is quiet and really relaxing. I must address cost. Yes, this nail salon is more expensive than the bargain salons in the area. I would say that you end up paying about $10-$15 more for a mani-pedi (total). However, if you factor in the above, it is well worth it. Case in point: I went to a local high end nail salon because I was in the area and wanted a quick mani pedi. Not only was my pedicure shoddily done (nail polish left in my skin, spots missing) but my manicurist smudged my polish and wasn't going to fix it. I'll never stray from Natural Nail again. By far the best nail salon on Long Island... This is the only place that actually cares about your health by using almost all organic products and the Bio Seaweed Gel which is "Big 5 Free".  Not only are the products superior, but the staff is so nice and accommodating, they do a great job, and you are so relaxed!  I've been going here now for over 6 months and I have never had any complaints... This place has great ambience and great decor. Not many workers when i went but the workers are professional and the music is very relaxing. Had the news on without sound which was more relaxing then having it on. If you have $$$$$ to drop then i deffinitely recommend this place however i dont think ill be returning.This place has beautiful decor as well as comfy couches!! They have an amazing selection of ZOYA which i love including their natural mani. The manicure is $18. My manicurist was very precise and clean she even washed her hands before. When i was drying she cleaned up and gave me a massage for about two minutes and offered me water. They have a selection of water or coffee and tea. They turned away another customer to come back at a different time so she didn't rush on me. The only people in the store where me another customer who was being helped by another worker and the women who was doing my nails. Very good ambience and very calming however i don't think the service was worth the $$ i felt like i was paying for the decor and polish more then anything.I hope the color stays longer then my regular Essie so we will see! I was exfoliated with organic sugar cane and freshly grated coconut. Then I was massaged with virgin organic coconut oil and hot stones. It also included a 20 min. leg massage that didn't disappoint. My nails came out absolutely flawless! My skin truly has never been this soft since I was born.I was impressed by the spacious ambiance of this salon. It would be fantastic if this place stays a quiet and cozy luxury spot for manis & pedis. Eastern Breeze in Woodbury used to be my sanctuary until it became over run with loud children and rude patrons gabbing loudly on their cell phones! If I had a dollar for every cell phone conversation I was forced to endure from inconsiderate women about play dates, lacrosse, bar mitzvahs, I could retire today. It is just mind boggling how inconsiderate most women are in this area! I have the same things going on in my life, however I don't subject others around me who are trying to relax to my conversations! TURN OFF YOUR RINGERS & PHONES! I hope Natural Nail Lounge will uphold a quiet zone policy, because their treatments and talent are EXCEPTIONAL!!! The entire staff is extremely professional and meticulous with ever brush stroke! This place is fabulous !!!. Probably the best pedicure I've ever had. With detail to every toe.I had the Refresh Spa Pedicure.  The products felt fantastic as well as technicians aim to,please and knowledge and touch were perfect. Sanitary and dust free. What a real pleasure.Prior to going I had my uv gel nails removed from another salon. I'm tired of all the chemicals and damage to my nails.After my unbelievable pedi, I got a wonderful manicure. Again my technician was very knowledgeable and advised me on what would be the best procedures to get my very damaged nails In shape. She gave me a great manicure. I did purchase 2 products for nail strengthening. The products are less harmful, organic and natural. The more harmful chemicals are not in their products. This place is fabulous and here's why.  The interior is pristine from decor to cleanliness.  It is even child-friendly, which is not something I should even expect but my toddler had her very first manicure here and had a blast.  It cost only $7 and is absolutely perfect--in addition to a perfect polish job, her nails were cut and then shaped with an emory board and all the dirt from digging in the garden was removed from under her nails.   I got a basic pedicure for $35, which was far better than basic because of the careful attention to shaping my nails.  The people who work there are not only hospitable but friendly and fun to talk to, and they are professional. I came to this beautiful nail salon/spa for a pedicureWhich was not your average pedicure . They use natural products and really pay close attention to your needs at this stunning spa. Pedicures start around $58 so if your looking for a basic pedicure this isn't the place for you. The experience was amazing and the lady who did my nails was very knowledgeable and very warm and inviting.You must request Emily , she was amazing, professional and made me comfortable, I had a very relaxing experience!
