I have come here time and time again and never had a great experience. I usually come here for pedicures because I usually don't get my nails done but I decided to get gel tips. They were done so poorly that they weren't even lasting me a week and they were all popping off. Pedicures here are horrible, they are rushed and no effort is put in. I sat down about 5 minutes after the person in front of me to get a pedicure and I was done about 15 minutes before her and we got the same exact pedicure.not to mention when I was done with me pedicure and the girl who did my pedicure walked me over to the dryer she turned it on and walked away and started rubbing some other girls shoulders who was getting her nails done by another technician. This has happened almost every time I have come here and I thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt because I usually come in as a walk in so maybe I was disrupting their schedule but no the last time I came in all the pedicure technicians were sitting doing nothing. So what's the rush. Most of the women are nice and friendly but they have to be because they do not want to lose business. I do not recommend if you are looking for a relaxing time. Read Less

Warm friendly staff. Spotless environment. Kay, the owner, is on top of everything especially with new products and styles. Jenny does my nails and never ceases to amaze me. Did not like this place at all. It remains me of a low budget nail shop I went to in high school. My biggest pet peeve is a dry manicure. This woman gave me a dry manicure and when I insisted on a wet one she told me it's impossible to give a wet mani & gel polish at the same time. ( I hate it when a nail salon refuses to listen to the client. Insisting that their way the old way is the best way. ) I've been getting gel manicures for over 2 years and I always get a wet manicure with it. Meaning they soak your nails in water to prepare your fingernails for cuticle removal. Instead she'd roughly picked away at my cuticles, use no remover or softener. Which cause my nail bed, ALL of my nail beds to bleed. Then they wipe my hands with a dirty brush, then used a drity non disinfectant warm towel to wiped my hands. Gross! I found myself running to the bathroom to wash this nastiness off. Best part is they try to make you forget their horrible job by having someone walking around giving you fake back massages. The worst part of all is they have the nerve to charge you $30, full price for a half-ass job. If a regular wet manicure is $10 (which requires more work) why would you charge $20 more, just for the nail polish? They did nothing extra for that $20. NOTHING EXTRA. Came here on lunch to get a quick mani or pedi. There were only a few people in there and. I was greeted upon arrival and asked what i wanted, I told her a mani and pedi and I'm pressed for time cause i need to get back to the office. She offered an express pedi ( pedi - no water, no soaking, nails cut filed and polished) I said a regualr would suffice. She then offered to do my mani and pedi at the SAME TIME ! Most nail salons will not offer, let alone accommodate two associates to one person.Anywho, i get my pedi started and the lady did a full mani while I was getting my feet done. Both ladies were great and I enjoyed my experience. I will ABSOLUTELY go back as everyone was friendly. I do not expect to get both done at the same time everytime especially if they are busy. The salon was a nice size and they carry my two fave nail brands OPI and Essie. I will absolutely return. Read Less

I had gotten acrylic at another salon and wanted to switch to gels.  I have gone to them in past and love them. Not only did my tech not make a fuss to remove the acrylic she took the time to explain the difference between the two. I was very happy and will continue going back. Read Less

Stopped by after work one day to get a regular Gel Manicure. I have been getting my nails done for years so I have seen the good, bad and ugly in the past. No wait and was able to get right into a chair. They had a good selection of colors and the older woman began to do my nails right away. She took her time and did a good job on my manicure. For some, it may have been almost too long but I didn't mind since I had no where to be. One week later, my nails are still all in tact; no chips and they still look pretty good. The reason for the 3 stars is that while the manicure was good and the price was good ($28 for gels), the place is not as clean as others in the area. The salon itself looks clean enough, but the tools weren't to my liking. The latest standard at nail salons is to use a fresh set of tools, straight from sealed plastic, to do a new customer's nails. In Nail, instead, used tools that were soaking in the infamous blue solution. My nail tech pulled a few tools from one of the UV light sanitizing machines, but it had not been on so I am not 100% confident that they were up to my standard of cleanliness. All in all, it is a cheap place with no wait for if you are in a bind. And I am not too picky for my finger nails, but I definitely wouldn't ever get a pedicure from this place. The best. I'd pay more to get this kind of service, but the prices are more than reasonable. I once had a manicure that I could have done better with my opposite hand, and eyes closed for the same price I paid here. Same price, but my nails from here came out 1000x better!
