I made a reservation a week ahead of time for pedicures for my friends and I and we waited for about 30 minutes after our scheduled time. One of our friends cancelled just prior to the appointment, I assumed it would be no big deal, then the owner rudely said “that it was an inconvenience because they could’ve scheduled someone to take their place” yet we waited past our schedule time and all of their staff had a client the entire time we were there. Then after sitting in the pedicure chairs for another 20 min, 2 of my friends had to sit and wait in the Luke warm water for anyone to even start their pedicure until after me and my other friends were completely done. Last but not least, they made a few of us bleed and it looked like a 9 year old finger painted the polish on. Will never be returning

My girlfriend and I were shopping in Ellicottville for the day and were looking to get pedicures. It was about 20 min from town, but well worth the trip. Very clean, friendly staff and utensils used were packaged. Great experience! Will definitely go back!

The worst experience ever in a nail shop, the owner was a very rude and disrespectful person . She was rude to my daughter as well! Apparently a bad day she was having and takes it out on her customers.. I personally will never go back. And I live blocks away from the place.. if you want a great nail shop I suggest Creative Nails on 38th and Pacific, they are very professional unlike this joint, she was useing a old baby food jar to keep her nail product in.. and the review about her slapping a child’s hand for touching something I’m sure is so true.. I could see it in her face..

It was my first time over there to try it out and it was ok at first and as she was using her machine she cut my little bit of my skin on my thumb and it was bleeding and she said sorry for it and clean it up and then as she keep on doing my nails it was like she was doing everything so fast like the buffering and etc..and I want the cat eye but she couldn't find the tool do it so I had her do a design on 2 finger to make it up for not having the tool do the cat eye and some of my nail's looks lumpy but ok and also I wonder if the lady that did my nail's know how to count on one hand I have 10 diamond and on the other one I have only 8 diamond I want a refund this nail shop sucks and I'll never recommend it to anyone else

I have only lived in the area for a little over a year. I tried several other nail salons from Puyallup to Tacoma. This salon is, by far, the best!! Close to home too. I will continue giving them my business. If I had to come up with a negative it would be that some of the girls here are very young and don't speak English. This makes it very hard to communicate with them.

I've been coming to this nail shop since it opened. My last visit I took my 3 yr old daughter with me so she could get her nails painted. After her nails were painted my daughter went to reach into a basket sitting on the counter that had nail polish bottles in it, the lady working on my daughters nails slapped my daughters hand and she started crying and came over to me. I was furious to say the least I then told the manager that was working on my nails what happened she the...n explained that she did not speak English and she would talk to her. She denied it and then said maybe I didn't really see that happen. I said yes it did and the camera is pointing right where it occurred and if she doubted me she could look on the camera. The lady doing my daughters nails then explained to the manger that she just touched her hard lightly because she didn't want her nails to get messed up. My daughter wouldn't have cried and ran to me if it was light and there is no reason ever to put your hands on a child! I was still upset and told the manger all of these things she did not comp the bill at all or even my daughters nails that actually peeled off the very same night. Awful experience and I will definitely not be back! They have absolutely no clue how to run a successful business. See More

AMAZING experience!! I had a very rough day at work and decided to treat myself to a pedicure. Walked in and was greeted so nicely! Ended up getting the Blossom Spa Pedicure and it blew my mind. Felt like a princess the entire time! Totally leaving relaxed and rejuvenated :-)

I made a reservation a week ahead of time for pedicures for my friends and I and we waited for about 30 minutes after our scheduled time. One of our friends cancelled just prior to the appointment, I assumed it would be no big deal, then the owner rudely said “that it was an inconvenience because they could’ve scheduled someone to take their place” yet we waited past our schedule time and all of their staff had a client the entire time we were there.
