They always do good work! I've never had a bad experience here. Get ready to wait, even when you have an appointment I typically wait 10-20 minutes before they seat you. This place is always packed. I go in with the expectation to be there at least an hour for a manicure and 1.5 hrs for a manicure and pedicure. I sometimes feel rushed out, but I guess that's what is expected at a popular and extremely busy nail salon.

This salon has terrible customer service. My friend and I were late for our appointment but had told them we were on our way. When we arrived they were extremely rude and appeared to be busy to accommodate us both. So I had let my friend get a mani-pedi bc it was her bridal shower day. I spent the entire hour there with her chatting and observed how kind they were to their Caucasian clients. When it was time to pay, they demanded I pay $30 cancellation fee even though I came to the appointment. At no point was I informed about this charge. Unbelievable. All they could say was that it was on their website. Not even a sign. And for the price of the services, they rushed my friend and her nails were not painted evenly.

I was in desperate need of gel polish removal so walked in near closing. Alexandra was efficient in the removal, though I have no idea why she put my hand in the UV machine while my nails were wrapped...
I was in desperate need of gel polish removal so walked in near closing. Alexandra was efficient in the removal, though I have no idea why she put my hand in the UV machine while my nails were wrapped w foil. She had no idea either. Anyway, tragic polish gone, I made an appointment for this morning to get a proper manicure and a shellac pedicure. Pros:Excellent attentive service Nice facility w no TVsToes look greatNice people who are obviously a fixture in the communityCons:Tools come from a container of disinfectant, not autoclaved, sealed packages. I declined cuticle trimming for that reason.Had my hands buffed rather than replacing the shellac. They look healthy and great except...they aren't filed evenly...or even really round. I was in a bit of a hurry towards the end so just let it go. But really? Also 2.5 hours for a shellac pedicure and manicure w no polish? Not including the time yesterday to take the old polish off? So: not bad. Pleasant spot. Adequate results.

Excellent pedicure!!! The owner and staff were great! Very clean! Highly recommended!!

They always do good work! I've never had a bad experience here. Get ready to wait, even when you have an appointment I typically wait 10-20 minutes before they seat you. This place is always packed. This salon has terrible customer service. My friend and I were late for our appointment but had told them we were on our way.
