I  have been going here  for about a year and half, mostly in warmer months for pedis. Kim is by far the best but today was so bad I will never go back. I waited 20 minutes when the place was empty and only one other lady getting pedi. Two people there who were nail techs but I guess they didn't want to work. I waited until some angry older guy who wore glasses came over to do my pedi. He was awful. So angry and rough. Cut my nails like squares and a couple too short. He seemed so aggravated to be there. The polish job was bad too! The only good thing was I brought my own polish because I have noticed their polish is old and gloppy so at least I have the color so I can try to fix!  Today was suppose to be a treat for myself but i left there  upset. I've been going to snappy nails for quite some time now. There is usually excellent service and good nail artists. I just went today. Waited for 40 min and when I sat down for my full set the new girl told me it was an extra 5 dollars to have my nails semi long. I was so upset I got them short and left with clear polish. All they care about is getting your money. They push you towards gel polish which is an extra 10. And then they continue to talk about you as if you don't know. The new girl which I believe is the owners sister is one of the rudest people I have ever met. I was in love with this place. But after this experience I will be taking my business elsewhere. I almost never went to this place because I guess I am a snob and didn't like the name "Snappy Nails".  I ate a slice of humble pie.  I have been to three different people and I looooove Vo and Kim.  Although they definitely need more Gel Color options, they apply it perfectly.  I will never go anywhere else! Snappy Nails - if you're reading this....PLEEEEEAAAAASSSSEEEE get more Gel Colors.  Gelaxy, Gelish...the ones with more options besides OPI.  Although I do like that grey Shellac color...(hint hint).  You guys are great!! :-) Read Less
