Great people. But the paint job isn't th greatest, the acrylic nails snap off so easily and acrylic ends up on the sides of the finger going onto the skin and a big chunk under the nail; I've had 3 nails snap off so from putting on sneakers, trying to grab something and when pushing a small coffee. Also I have one on the verge of falling off it is peeling up towards the cuticle and goes up a little more the half way up the nail. Nice people, affordable but not worth the cheap nail job

Terrible my nails not just one but all of them started lifting after two days he told me to come in and he would fix them I went in and he said that was normal and asked me to come back in 30 minutes ...
Terrible my nails not just one but all of them started lifting after two days he told me to come in and he would fix them I went in and he said that was normal and asked me to come back in 30 minutes to get them fixed and he was only going to fix one nail not all of them that were lifting!!
I do nails so lifting after two days is definitely not normal !

Going to have to agree with the other reviewers - I gave this place 2 chances and I have never been so disappointed with a shellac manicure, or any manicure for that matter. I could have done a better job myself, in the dark. On top of that, it lasted only about 4 days, which was fine because I couldn't stand how it looked anyway.And it is true - they have underage, unlicensed workers working here. They really should be reported.

Very disappointed after having heard good things about Annie's. I went in on the first day of my vacation looking for a relaxing pedicure. I was handed the remote and told I was in charge of the tv that was off while I did my foot soak. I expressed I prefered it off to the employee doing my pedicure and placed the remote on the empty chair next to me. Less than two minutes later, one of the other employees came over. sat in the empty chair, took the remote and turned on the news. I had no desire to watch anything, least of all the news when I was trying to relax. Sadly, the TV is very large and very close, there was no option to not view. It is a very small salon, when I finally got away from the TV there was a very loud young lady in for a manicure that was actually asked by employees to tone it down because she was being so disruptive. The young lady responded to this by getting louder, and vulgar, nothing more was said by the staff. My pedicure not only chipped in less than five days, the color actually wore off from the top! I have NEVER had this experience before, and I will never be having it again from Annies.

Very disappointed after having heard good things about Annie's. I went in on the first day of my vacation looking for a relaxing pedicure. I was handed the remote and told I was in charge of the tv that was off while I did my foot soak.
