I haven’t been able to get my nails done. However I made appointment here. I been to a lot of different nail places and they are so expensive and rude. When I go here I spend the relaxing hour talking with my nail tech. Also I hate people touching my feet, even my husband lol. However I will get pedicure here. They just do an all around good job. It used to be easy since u lived in Shirley. However I moved 2 years ago and will still make the 25-30 min trip just to come. The prices thou are to best. As a 10+ year customer, my last few visits were not pleasant...They were so rough that its been 3 days and my fingers still hurt. I went in for an ombre and came out with an uneven French! They also could not match my fingers with my toes... even though they have done them before and I frequently use the color they couldn't find. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to make me happy - the owner rudely told me that she "couldn't stop me if I went somewhere else." -- Its a shame, they usually do good work, but I do not like the way they treated me as a loyal customer.... I've been going to Asian Nails since they opened (over 10 years ago). I have never had a problem and I never complained. Their prices are a bit higher than other places in the area but I never really minded because I always got what I wanted. That is, until recently. The guy doing my nails was rough...he actually hurt me so bad that it has been 3 days and my fingers are still sore - I cant even wash my hair! I asked for an Ombre...and came out with a plain French!! and they couldn't seem to match the color from my nails to my toes...... A color that I ALWAYS GET! The Manager, who is usually very nice to me...was upset that I was "blowing up her store" but she failed to understand just why I was acting that way!! Had she realized that I never complain, she would have seen that I may have had a legitimate gripe! and when I tried to explain my position to her, she gave me an attitude as if I was at fault and told me that "she can't stop me from going somewhere else." What ever happened to the customer is always right? Especially someone like me, a loyal customer who has spent literally THOUSANDS of dollars in that place (with absolutely NO Free-Bees to show their appreciation)! I was so upset...... and very taken back by their treatment of me that I will NEVER go back...... Its a shame, because they do not usually do a bad job....they are usually right on point..... But this time, they just did not do right by me...at all....On that ground.. if they had only said they were sorry..... even ONCE..... I had a pedicure and so did my daughter. Went to pay and they took my debit card swiped and said it did not work. Sent me next door to ATM at deli to get the cash out, so I did and paid a 2.00 service charge. Gave them the cash, two days later both charges showed up on my account. Hope they do the right thing when I call them. Still a frustrating thing to go through. Read Less

Horrible ,sorry thought id try a new nail salon and i dont normally write reviews but i have too. First the atmosphere is dull and not welcoming the lady took me fairly quick but she rushed so quick through doing my acrylic nails they were crooked and sloppy..there was all glue underneath stuck to my skin and the underneath was so thick.also she rushed me to leave at other places they put lotion on your hands and massage them or give you quick back massage not this place..hopefully the lady was just having an off day but i probably wont go back.. Went here the morning before my flight because they were the only ones open early enough and I had heard good things about it. I will most definitely NEVER leave manicure and pedicures to the last minute again and I will most definitely NEVER come back here again. I had 2 hours before I needed to be driven to the airport which I thought was enough time to get a basic mani-pedi done. I went in early and they sat me down right away which was great. The place is really depressing honestly. Beige and brown walls and carpet. Terrible lighting. Just sad. The girl doing my toes was doing fine until she started buffing my toe nails. The buffer was so course and she buffed so much she buffed the skin on my toe right off! While she did it, it didn't hurt so I didn't really notice. However when she put on the callus removal gel and wrapped it int he plastic wrap, it STUNG. A LOT. I told her this and she didn't understand, which fine, language barrier. However, I kept jerking my foot away because it stung so bad, so that should be a universal sign that I'm in pain. After she took off the gel, the skin on my toe was BRIGHT red. I paid and left. I wore sandals on my flight and all my friends noticed my toe and how scratched up it was when we met up at the airport. The next day scabs had started forming. We were in New Orleans so I basically wore sandals the entire time because it's so hot. For the rest of my trip I had a scabbed up toe which obviously isn't the end of the world, but still VERY annoying. NEVER GOING BACK Read Less

My first time trying this place. I needed a fill in and a pedicure. So, I went in with stiletto nails and came out with almond shaped nails. Not what I asked for. Geesh! If you don't know what I want or understand them just say that rather than trying to give me what you want or only know how to do. The pedicure wasn't all that good. There was no cuticle remover lotion to put on your cuticles to help remover the cuticles. So needless to say the cuticles were hard to remove and not all removed.
