If you have ever thought about going to regal nails in Glenville Walmart for a nail appointment think again. My mom and I have come here on and off for years and the service has just gotten worse. Today they messed up our appointment said they could still take us when in reality they couldn’t. Had us start a pedicure together like we wanted and asked for on the phone and then had my mom go get her nails done instead. My mom knew how she wanted her nails and had a picture she showed one girl they said they could do it then when the man went to do her nails he said nope we can’t do it and just kept shaking his head saying no. This place is ridiculous they do what ever is most convenient for them not thinking about the clients.

I’ve visited twice and have had my nails done by two different employees. Both did an amazing job. First was acrylic tips and ANC. Went back 3 weeks later without a single prob. Soaked the old off and...
I’ve visited twice and have had my nails done by two different employees. Both did an amazing job. First was acrylic tips and ANC. Went back 3 weeks later without a single prob. Soaked the old off and they were able to apply ANC to my own nails. First time my nails weren’t completely destroyed. Meticulous and friendly. I’ll be back.

Kim is phenomonal!! She is the only one I let do my nails. It isn't because the others aren't good, they are. Everyone who works there does a wonderful job.

I've been going to this location for 10 years. Kim, Lee, Helen, Ann and the rest of their family are the best! Not only do they do a great job, but are honest, pleasant, and kind. I highly recommend...

Okay... I attempted to have a mini"spa" day w:my girls. Our 1st choice was already booked. We opted to go to this place... I should've known better. They have ppl jot their names down and it's 1st com...
Okay... I attempted to have a mini"spa" day w:my girls. Our 1st choice was already booked. We opted to go to this place... I should've known better. They have ppl jot their names down and it's 1st come, 1st served. My 1st daughter got a nicely done mani by the 1st tech avail. My 2nd daughter is promptly seated after her. The male tech rushed my oldest daughter thru her mani. NO ONE told my girls to choose a color. No one spoke to any of us. It was so rude and uncomfortable. To top things off, my 3rd daughter (youngest) was ignored. Another young woman showed up and kept asking how long before her nails could be done and the nail tech immediately finished her 1st customer and sat her down while my daughter and I waited. I told them it was okay. I come for the experience and to feel "serviced." I felt none of the above. My daughter and I are going to use another more reputable salon to get our mani's done. Thanks but no thanks. If you don't care abt the level of svce and just need a quick mani, maybe this place is for you. Otherwise, save your time and energy and go to someplace w/more space, more nail polish colors and better customer service!

Used this nail salon a few years back, wound up with green nails after using them at this time about 4 months. Stopped going when I pointed my nail issue out to the tech and he wanted to just put acrylic over them and carry on.... About 8 months ago saw that tech was no longer there and went back....EXACT same problem ...never going there again.

If you have ever thought about going to regal nails in Glenville Walmart for a nail appointment think again. My mom and I have come here on and off for years and the service has just gotten worse.
