It was very quick service, however...the customer service isn't really there. They are friendlier in NYC, where nail salons are much much busier and in abundance. I got ANC and my nail tech got it on the skin of my fingers, then sat there and tweezed off a few bits. I love going here. I go to Sophie and she is in my opinion the best there. Don't get me wrong everyone is great at what they do there but I just happen to go to Sophie. I don't have to worry about her cutting me. Super friendly staff. I would definitely recommend making an appointment since they are always booked. And.... I would typically give this place a 5 star because I go here and love it. But to be honest it works for me because I found my favorite people who I request to do my pedicures and nails (Linh and Hannah are the best) and a few others are good too. However they do have some people who work there that I would not recommend to get work done by. A guy named Andy worked on my daughters nails and made her nails bleed and did not even do what she asked. I also have had a few pedicure by some people that have missed steps in the package which is irritating when you are paying for them steps to be done. Stumbled across this place which is close to where I live. I had a pedicure and my daughter a full set. I'm usually very leery trying new nail salons but it looked clean and well maintained with friendly staff. My daughters mails came out beautiful and my pedicure was amazing! Just had a friend just tell me what happened to her today "I just got charged 580.00 for my nails at Dila nails and spa on hammer. They credit my acct but I won't see my money until next week since it's the weekend. They try to make it right by having me pay 58.00 on top of the 580.00 bank already debit from my bank account to give me a 20.00 pedi for next visit. That's bs! The inconvenience of not going to get me money back until 2-3 business days and today is a weekend. Wow...! Not acceptable. Lilly the lady that over charged me said go ahead and leave and come back to pay the 58.00 after my money get back into my acct but I no longer get 20.00 certificate for a pedi. Wth. Wow! Would I ever go here again? NO! Came here for the first time with my friend to take our girls to get a mani and pedi for their graduation. Business wasn't too busy. So we decided to get pedis as well. The kids mani and pedi was 17$. Good price right? Yea!but u pay for what u get .. They didn't turn on the bubbles for the kids not even trimmed her nails let alone file it. No massage for them or anything. I was basically paying for a overpriced nail polish change to sit in a cute chair. For us adults getting a pedicure, water was cold. Never offered us any beverages as customer start coming in they spoke to each other in Vietnamese saying to hurry it's getting busy.
