I had gone here a few years ago, and was not happy, but I thought I’d give them another chance. TQ was really friendly, but unfortunately he was not the one doing my nails. The woman rushed through my ANC. At the end she had me wash my hands, and when I sat back down, she just sat there with her arms crossed! Finally, I had to ask her what I owed. I got a regular ANC, and it was $38, and I didn’t get anything special!!!!! She didn’t even put lotion on my hands. My nails are bumpy and I am not happy. I will not be going back!!!!!!!! They do “ok” nails but they’re not walk in friendly. I made an appt, got there on time, they barely acknowledged me. It seemed they had an attitude that I actually came in. I ended up walking out 45 mins later after waiting. for the price they charge, they should make sure their services and personalities match. Read Less

Walked in and right back out. This place smells weird and looks run down. They should throw a fresh coat of paint on the walls or something. The OPI nail polish was watered down like they put nail polish remover or something. Won't be going back. Read Less

this place just lost me as a customer. first, their hours are already slightly ridiculous as it is in that they close at 6pm on SATURDAYs and are closed on Sundays. I show up at 4:30 today (Saturday), and am asked what I would like. I tell the man I'd like a pedicure then proceed to pick my color. A few minutes later, i'm told they closed at 4 "for the holiday," which is on Monday!!!! give me a ******* break!!!! such a shame because I really enjoyed coming here. Read Less

I went in for a mani/pedi. I was talked into an ANC acrylic application. The positive: the ANC/powder nail polish has not chipped or peeled after washing dishes, cleaning, etc. (six days so far). The negatives: I've never not had an acrylic nail application not include a basic manicure (quick cuticle fix, hand scrub/lotion, etc.) and the clinician just immediately applied the tips. I wanted round/square and even after at least two corrections, I got square without roundness. Not the worst, but not the best. Three days later, I'm already seeing three nails on each hand with pull away between my natural nail and the acrylic so they weren't applied correctly. Maybe that's just me and my cleanliness OCD nature, but it is driving me crazy. The pedi was obviously rushed as during the appointment, one of my toes hit an object on the floor marring it and I received a quick touch up resulting in one out of ten toes not being as nicely polished as the rest. Additionally, I'd like to think that even after a harsh winter, a pedicure would slough off my dead skin and my heels and feet would be smooth for at least a week. But, two days later, I was back to using a pumice to fix the spots they missed. Overall, a quick go to for those who just want a basic nail service, but I think I'll look for a place that spends more time doing it right. Read Less

This is my favorite place to get my nails done. My favorite part is the pedicure. They have the best massage chairs around!!! The chair even massages your butt! Plus they give the BEST pedicures. They actually use a razor for bad callouses- and its included in the price! So many other places charge extra for callous removal. But if the ladies don't think you need the razor they use the pumice instead because they don't want to cut you- very considerate.The ladies that work there are so sweet and so a fabulous job. TQ is amazingly talented and has plenty of regular clients who will only come to him. This is an excellent nail salon- with amazing prices. Only $25 for an amazing pedicure!!!!! Read Less

The previous reviewers and I have totally different ideas of what a mani/pedi experience should be, because I thought this place was terrible - for many reasons. I was in the area visiting my boyfriend's family for the holidays, and the reviews were good so I thought I'd check it out. First of all, when I walked in I immediately realized there must be no ventilation system.  It's been an hour since I left and my clothes still stink like chemicals. Second of all, the guy who did my nails watched tv the whole time and jacked up my feet with both the clipper and the cuticle cutter. I wondered if he's ever had any technical training at all. Third of all, the cost was $35 for a basic mani/pedi, which is more like NYC prices. Also, why was I asked to wash my hands after the lotion? That makes no sense. There were many other issues (like the filthy, toothpaste-stained mirror) but you get the gist.. FYI, although I felt like it was the worst mani/pedi situation ever, I still tipped $10 because I felt horrible for the very pregnant woman who has to spend all day breathing in those chemicals. Came here with my sister and her friend for my first pedicure and a classic manicure. It was clean, nothing special inside. Average decor for a nail salon. Seemed like a popular place, many customers were regulars and came in to see the same person.I was always afraid of the nail tech being too rough on my nails during a pedi but she was very careful and used clean tools all the time. The manicure was pretty rushed and they didn't do the best job painting but I had accidentally smudged my toes after the pedicure and they fixed it for me. Overall I was satisfied. Read Less
