Went here for the first time to check it out. I only got a gel manicure. My nails look horrible. They’re all shaped different and the polish is just sloppy. I got my feet and hands done. I had Gel manicure and I loved them. One and half day later, my nails chipped off. I went back to have them fix it but they refused to do my whole hand and only fixed the ones that were chipped, even though the other fingers gel was very loose and looked like they are going to chip off in a day or two.How do you not satisfy your customers. How cheap can you be and even after they fixed it they gave me a bad attitude and they did not care if they got a bad review. Today was my 1st time. It cost $30 just to get my really short, real nails painted. I walked in and I didn't know who to speak to because everyone I guess was busy. I asked for prices on gel nails and the lady (doing someone else's nails at the time) said $30 for gel nails. I was thinking the fake gel nails. Another lady started doing my nails but couldn't find the nail polish. Then she started doing my nails but never put on the nails. Sanitation: She took out a dish to let my nails soak in it, then when she was done just spilled the water put the bowl back in the drawer and she put the tools back in the bag. She never cleaned them.Nails: nails came out lumpy toward the tip, my nails were not even painted near the cuticle. I wont be going back. Tami has been doing my nails for over 10 years and now she has her own salon. This place is beautiful and super clean with a great staff. She uses all top quality nail care products and has many spa services and waxing available. Horrible customer service! No smile. No respect! No sterilization the tools after they did the nail. Just wrap into the bag for the next customer. The paraffin is disgusting it's dirty and stinky. The guy admitted they used to recycle the wax for every customer. Read Less

I went to this nail salon for my pedicure. I took 30 minutes for waiting my pedicure. That's crazy since the lady at the front told me just 10 minutes waiting! After 30 minutes, the guy called ray who did my pedicure. It is so ridiculous because I pick the hot stone pedi but he give the massages with the cold rock. Read Less
