I know a lot of their clientele are devoted to this place, but I think they do an awful job. My cuticles weren't pushed back, my finger is bleeding and the polish is streaked. This place cannot compare to the worst place in Manhattan. The one redeeming thing about this nail salon is everyone speaks English and is affable. The ambience is average. I expected more from my manicure and a business catering to Westchester women.

I needed a gel mani and a pedicure but it was peak traffic time and snowing so I just went here because it's close to my house. I chose a color and wanted the matching color for my toes. They didn't have the exact color, which is strange because it's a popular color but fine, no one would the difference. When I did my manicure, the color I chose wouldn't work? They gave me a similar color but when it was on, it looked brown so I said I didn't like it and wanted to switch to something else. She basically looked at me like "you're kidding me" and said "it's the exact same color" making me feel like an ass for wanting to change, but I still did. I decided I'll do just a regular white on white French..how hard could that be? I had to ask for a thicker line 4 times and then when I was done, I got hit with the $75 bill!!! SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS for a regular gel manicure/regular pedicure. I wouldn't be bitching if it wasn't a week later and every finger chipped and peeled off. Ripoff and their customer service isn't the best..They blatantly were talking about me the whole time. How do I know? She kept showing the girl next to her my ring finger and talking in Asian. Way to be discreet.

I went to to this place to get a manicure and pedicure. I went because I thought they were originally 30$ for a mani + pedi combined but i was very much mistaken... it was 41$! This was a terrible exp...
I went to to this place to get a manicure and pedicure. I went because I thought they were originally 30$ for a mani + pedi combined but i was very much mistaken... it was 41$! This was a terrible experience. for starters, i came in and the gas wasn't working so they didn't even have hot water for the pedicure. basically there was little to no water they used for my pedicure. it wasn't a relaxing experience at all and i feel like i got ripped off. i can't believe that they even did this and got away with it and didn't give me or my friend a discount. such a scam. i also felt like the workers were somewhat racist. i would definitely not recommend going here. TERRIBLE experience!

The absolute best mani-pedi ever. I've never had nails last 2 weeks! Plus, chair massage is truly outstanding!

I went to get an eyebrow wax and figured how much more could it be than my local salon a town away. The wax took about 4 minutes, no tweezing after to get the uneven hair was done like in other salons...

The wax took about 4 minutes, no tweezing after to get the uneven hair was done like in other salons. They did use a nice cooling cream after the wax.the cost for hot wax and 4 minutes of service was 13 dollars. That is outrageous!!!!
