I do not understand the previous reviews.  The pedicure, the two times I went, was fine as far as someone polishing your nails goes. I could do that myself.   The $20 for a relaxing experience was not happening.  The nail person was like a dead fish.  She had no interest in massaging my feet and did little more then tickle my legs up and down.  She also could be less interested in doing her job (which I don't blame her) as she was looking left and right the entire time to see what was going on in the salon. She was clearly bored. It was the  same experience the last time I went and with a different person but I thought I would give it another try.  Wrong!!  And she asked me if I wanted a spa pedicure two seconds after I sat down.  Was I to know how she would do and if it was worth it?  She then asked me if I wanted a 10 min. massage right after she started.  Glad I didn't agree since she was awful.  No foot massage there.  And then she asked me if I was getting a manicure.  Well if she spent as much time really doing a pedicure as she spent asking me for ad ons,  I might have thought about a third time go back...but nah, it was a waste of money and time.  Still trying to find a quality nail salon in the area.  Not happening as far as I can see. Clean, chic and beautiful. I love all staff they greet you with a smile. This is very clean and have so many staff that you never have to wait. I love coming here feels like a mini spa. I go to paul he does he beat pedicures and massages around. But all staff is very good Read Less

Popped in here  on a Saturday afternoon for a pedicure. I was done in less than 30 minutes. The staff was very courteous and the place is incredibly clean. Wonderful election of OPI and Essie which are the only two brands I will use. Currently offering 20% off so my pedi was only $20. Will definitely return when in the area. Read Less

When this places started business it was really great - clean, spacious, good service and reasonable prices. After more than a year in operation it is still clean and spacious, however the good service is long gone. Entering you can hear the angry owner shouting in Korean to her employees. Not great when you are trying to relax... My daughter and I went for manicure. We was treated like cows on the slaughter line - mechanical and as quickly in and out as possible, I think the whole process for us lasted not more than 10-12 min. I understand fast, but this didn't feel right at all. An hour later my fingers started hurting here and there and it took more than 24 hours for the pain to go away. Now 3 days later I discovered that one of my nails has a crack, never before happened to me. My daughter's nails are all different lengths - not just a bit, a very visible difference. A short walk away from Scarsdale train station. +Massage chairs with every pedicure+Flip flops are provided for pedicures if you walk in with winter shoes+Paraffin wax treatment with electronic, warmed mitts, and a quick back massage included with every manicure ++Green tea deep hydrating pedicure spa is a must for those wanting to truly pamper yourselves- includes exfoliation, hydration wrap of the heels and legs, callus removal, and a massage. +Flat screen TV's available to distract yourself +The owner is very cognizant when the parking police is around checking meters. She'll alert every customer if he's around to ensure you don't get ticketed. +10 visits entitles you to a free manicure. The bad:-They do not soak your fingers before pushing back the cuticles. As a result when they were trimming the excess dry skin off, it was inevitable that I would bleed on one finger. It also happened to be one of those cuts that wouldn't stop bleeding. Really a 3.5. Decent manicure. Lady who did my nails was sweet. Not all of my nail bed is painted so that's a bit annoying- the sides aren't totally covered, and so so on the filing- ever so slightly uneven. Not sure if it's this place or the new thing but the hand massage during the mani was all of 20-30 seconds a hand. That's the best part! For $10 and the 35 min I had it was  worth it, and if I lived around here I'd prob go back. Note, the place next door has a awful sign about the owner getting let go from this place and opening that one. So, it has more reviews but that was such a turn off I didn't go in. Read Less

There is an obvious war between this salon and the one next door.  That being said, I was heading next door as a first time customer and was completely turned off by the huge banner stating "the truth about the rumors." It completely turned me off and I ended up at Elegance Nails Spa where I received truly great service.  I opted for the green tea pedi which include a 10 minute foot massage.  The place is tranquil and the employees are nice.  I will definitely be back.
