Kim & Kevin own this place & I stopped going to the place that they use to own up in Queensberry, because KIM was always so rude and in a rush and on her phone. I started going to this place in Saratoga, well low and behold next time I went in Kim and Kevin bought this and sold the other location. I went in this afternoon and wanted just a manicure and ended up having to get a pedicure before my mani because they were busy with the three people that were in there. I am always uncomfortable with Kim as she talks on her phone, text , talks in her fluent language in which sounds very rude.. she screwed up my nails and had to redo them several times and I got frustrated and had to get going I was in here for three hours and enough is enough. I get home and I am very disappointed and wanted to let people know. My nails look ridiculous and so does my pedicure .. I will be making a phone call to Kevin to let him know.. Read Less

If I could give this place negative stars, believe me- I would. Somehow, my hands and feet ended up worse than when I went in. Before I go to any salon of any type, I always check reviews. Out of the salons in the i was able to reach, this one had the best reviews of the 4-6 I had to choose from. When I read through reviews, I check the dates. In some cases, shops improve as time goes on and the recent reviews for this one seem to be good. So that's the reason I chose them. State of the art and clean establishment. Gentle handling f procedures which used to make me flinch in pain at other establishments. Very nice and accommodating staff. Great mani's! I always get the acrylic but there are other nail solutions available. Best pedi's! Relaxing, massage chair, VERY GENTLE pedicures, no torture here! And lower leg massage is wonderful. I had been here before the new owner bought it some years ago. It was OK. I usually only get nails for an event like a wedding. I had a wedding to attend so I went back. I was so happy with the services this time that I plan to go on a regular basis. I got the best acrylic nail manicure by the owner. His son performed the pedicure and an amazing calf massage. Both are very gentle and the cuticle trimming was like a feather fluttering over my hands and feet. Not the torture I  have always experienced. The nails look gorgeous! Really wonderful experience! The worst gel manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten. Every employee was rushing to get people in and out and that surely showed in their quality of service. My manicure was rough to the touch from their filing and no buffing. They didn't put enough coats on and after two days it was chipped off. This is supposed to last 2-3 weeks. Should have walked out but I didn't.  Dirty, dirty.  Dust and cobwebs.  The manicurist pulled dirty cuticle scissors out of his drawer and filed my nails with a used file.  The globby paint job pulled back within 12 hours- it wouldn't dry!  Now I have all little hangnails where my nails were clipped into.  Gross. This place is an abomination. The nail tech I had was extremely rude and rushed through my service even though there was no one else waiting. She pulled out her phone several times (would actually stop the service and walk away, send a text and come back, or text right in front of us.) My nails were filed unevenly and she was hesitant to refile them. Even when she did they were still crooked. I brought a friend with me who got a manicure and pedicure and she treated her the same way, never once spoke to her, and while giving the pedicure would pull out her phone and text with wet soppy gloves on. Nothing was sanitized before or after use, including the station and pedicure bath. There was a horrible musty odor throughout the whole salon and a guy kept walking through with air freshener trying to cover it up. There were old acrylic nails that had been cut off all over the floor and everything was dirty. I went to relax and get pretty nails and came out of there with neither. Whoever manages this place needs to step their game up because i will NEVER return and do everything in my power to warn people about this place. These people don't know what customer service or proper sanitation is, so I'd recommend spending a little bit more and finding a spa that offers nail services. Yuck. Read Less

This place is very good. I went there to get my tips redone after a horrible job was done by a place down by New York City. The tech that did my nails did an amazing job on them. He really took his time to make sure they were absolutely perfect. This is probably the first time I've had tips that actually were thin and fine enough to pass for natural nails. He also didn't even charge me to remove the badly done tips. If I was a local I would go here again and again. Read Less
