I visited this place for the first and the last time yesterday, June 13, 2014.If you want to be scolded, laughed at and bossed around by rude and condescending folks, then this is the nail salon for you!The young man (name unknown since none of the staff wears nametags) who did my mani/pedi seemed nice enough at first, but as time went on, I realized that his banter was just insincere sarcasm. I had to take an important call while he painted my toes, and that really seemed to tick him off. Once he was finished with me, he poked my foot, several times and pointed at me to move. Really? However, I felt lucky compared to the poor girl next to me at the manicure table. The witch-like woman she got stuck with was the absolute worst person I have ever encountered in the salon service industry. The friendly and outgoing young customer in her clutches asked the nail tech her name. The elderly woman responded, "Long John Silver". I'm not sure if this was a reference to her tacky head scarf or what....but it only got worse from there. When the young woman explained that she only had about an hour before she had to be at work, the nail tech asked if she wanted to pay more for faster service. To make matters worse, she then began scolding the young lady for "moving around". Every time the customer had a question about colors and types of polish, the old wench would either ignore her or mumble something indecipherable, something that sounded a lot like, "Don't worry about it... leave me alone." Anyway, I could go on, but the bottom line is this place is horrible. I mean, I got a somewhat decent mani/pedi, but not worth the abuse this very unhappy staff has to offer. I can only suggest they find another profession where customer contact is not a requirement. And please, Regal Nails, let "Long John Silver" go to terrorize poor, unsuspecting sailors in the South Seas, or something... far, far away. Read Less
