UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE!!! I had an appointment for 3:00 but they had me wait until 3:30 to be seated. I picked an ANC color and when I noticed that the color the technician brought over was incorrect, I went and checked the number and asked about it. They insisted it was the correct color. After she finished the manicure she asked if I liked the color and I said “This is not the color I picked.” She then walked away as if I had said nothing. I paid, and probably should have waited to pay until after I confronted them again about the incorrect color, and went over to the ANC color selection area. Yes, the color was completely wrong. So I brought over the color and said “This is the one I picked.” Two technicians had a conversation in another language for five minutes and finally said “Yes that’s wrong,”, then each continued doing nails and left me standing in the middle of the salon. When I asked what could be done about the wrong color being put on my nails the woman in charge said “Next time let us know sooner.” I said I had let them know and then she just ignored me. When I asked if I was going to be receiving a discount or refund for my manicure the woman in charge said “No, we don’t do that.” When I asked how this could be corrected she said “Make another appointment and we’ll fix it.” When I asked to make that appointment she told me that I couldn’t make an appointment now and would have to call back another time. I spent an hour and a half getting my nails done and am now expected to take more of my time to come back in? They couldn’t even be bothered to make another appointment with me, didn’t apologize for their mistake, and did absolutely nothing to make it right. If I could give Rain Nails and Spa 0 stars I would.

I was here visiting the beautiful Sarasota Springs area for the foliage. Just came in for a pedicure and tried the Gold Pedicure which involves paraffin treatment for the feet, callous treatment, 30 min massage of the legs and pedicure. I’m a person with constantly tired feet from working all the time on my feet. It was the perfect treatment for them and Ashley really took her time with my treatment. What a lucky find here in Saratoga Springs!🤗 Will definitely be back again!

Tried this place yesterday for the first time and I will definitely be going back. 2 of us went in after work, did not have to wait and both people who helped us did and amazing job. Very clean, well priced and the staff is extremely friendly.

Got a full set of acrylics, paid 40 dollars including the tip. Not even a week later a nail came completely off and I went back and figured I might as well get a fill too. That total came to 26 dollar...
Got a full set of acrylics, paid 40 dollars including the tip. Not even a week later a nail came completely off and I went back and figured I might as well get a fill too. That total came to 26 dollars including the tip. Yet another nail came off four days later. I went back and got it replaced and repainted, they charged me 10$ and I didn't tip. And today, four days later, the nail they JUST replaced came off. Not to mention the last Time I went there were nail clippings all over the surface she was working on. I will not be going back to this salon.

I came in for a gel manicure removal and new gel manicure and got terrific service! The location is somewhat out of the way, and the interior is nothing fancy, but the technician did an exceptional job on my nails. The polish has a mirror finish, and she worked extra hard getting my cuticles just right. I will absolutely be back. I came in with a friend on a Saturday evening, and there was no one else there, so we were helped right away. Highly recommend!

This salon is much closer to me then my old salon so I figured I would try it out. It is very clean and bright, they have plenty of color choices and do all of the same services and my old salon for the same price. Seriously the best nail experience I've ever had. GREAT service. They are all so sweet. Their prices are good too! They actually take time on your nails and make sure you like them before finishing. You even get a shoulder massage for free at the end! I love this place!

I live in Lake Placid and get my nails done there by the only nail salon in town and they are not good at all. I was here in Saratoga Springs for business and needed to get my nails filled. I saw this place and made an appointment. When I walked in it was clean and beautiful. The staff was so nice. She saw the condition of my nails and asked if she could completely re-do them and I said absolutely. She took her time and was very detail oriented. They came out gorgeous. Just when I didn't think it could get any better she gave me a massage in my back and hands. I would recommend this place a hundred times over. I will definitely come back. Thank you Jane and Rain Nails for a great experience

New, clean & fresh! Love this place.. I have been going here twice a month (for ANC) since October. Jane does a wonderful job, as well as the rest of the staff.

UNBELIEVABLY POOR SERVICE!!! I had an appointment for 3:00 but they had me wait until 3:30 to be seated. I picked an ANC color and when I noticed that the color the technician brought over was incorrect, I went and checked the number and asked about it. They insisted it was the correct color. I was here visiting the beautiful Sarasota Springs area for the foliage. Just came in for a pedicure and tried the Gold Pedicure which involves paraffin treatment for the feet, callous treatment, 30 min massage of the legs and pedicure. I’m a person with constantly tired feet from working all the time on my feet. It was the perfect treatment for them and Ashley really took her time with my treatment. The location is somewhat out of the way, and the interior is nothing fancy, but the technician did an exceptional job on my nails.
