Sanitation, sanitation, sanitation.I came to pronails for a mani and pedi. The water was cold despite me asking the nail tech to add more hot water. As soon as I sat down, the nail tech came and started filing my nails. He didn't let the feet soak . After filing the nails and cutting the cuticles, he grabbed the lotion and rubbed it in my legs. I was surprised that within 10 minutes from the time I sat down, he was ready to polish the nails. I noticed that I still had red nail polish on one of my toes. When I pointed it out, he said that that was part of the nails. Whaaaat? All my other nails had red nail polish, which you cleaned off before you started. But this particular nail has red inside the nail? . No soap, no salt rub during the pedi. During the pedi, I noticed that the tools for cutting, filing, and cutting the cuticles had already been opened so I wasn't sure if they had been used already and sanitized. I asked him if the tools were new (and I just hadn't seen him open the set). He said no. So I asked if they were sanitized. He mumbled and then grabbed alcohol and sprayed on all of them. When it was time for my mani, same thing with the tools. Like another reviewer mentioned, the mani table didn't look clean. And there was already a set of nail clippers and other tools in the spot. I asked if he could sanitize. My mani was done in 10 minutes!!! . Btw, the pedi tubs were NOT sanitized between clients. Gross. Had I seen this before my pedi, I would have gone some place else. I gave 2 stars because the nail tech adhered to my sanitation requests. Read Less
