Went in for a pedicure, eyebrows, and manicure. When I walked in they said they “didn’t have time for nails”- only eyebrows and pedicure even though there was as no one in there. I agreed this was fine. When I went to pay it was $43 for pedicure and eyebrows. I gave them $48 (I honestly did forget to tip for eyebrows) but when I left the women stopped me and said I forgot to tip the man who did my pedicure.. I said it was $43 and I have him $48. At this point I did realize I forgot to tip for my eyebrows so I gave her another $5 and apologized. As I started walking away she said “wait no tip for me?”. I know for a fact I already gave her $48. I found this to be VERY rude as a tip is not a requirement.. I did give her another $5. This was a rip off- pedicure and eyebrows for $58. The final product was done as shown, under what she was asked for and until their satisfaction. However, she still felt like they were mistreated and left a nasty comment while still in the process of fixing the nail. I have been getting my nails done for over 30 yeats. My daughter (11) went here for ANC and came home to show me. The nails looked like ski jumps they were pointing up and were very wavy - not smooth in addition they were too long for a 12 year old girl! I went back with her and was NEVER told sorry. I was not allowed to get a refund for her (she paid out of her own money), i was told to come back and they spoof redo it. When we came back i was then told she could not change her color it would be en EXTRA CHARGE.??? I tried nicely to explain to her that we were having to come a second time due to a horrible job and she yelled back at me pointing to all her customers present telling me they were all happy and have been coming for years. I asked to speak to the owner and was told there is. I owner only manager. Then i asked to see the color board as the color on the nails was not the color on the board and some other gentleman came up and said something to her and she immediately stopped talking to me and walked away. This was a horrible experience. When people do a bad job you FIX the problem! Instead WE became the problem. So I called to see if they had any apts available guy tells me come right in for 9:30. I arrive 14 min early with my fiancé and let them know he will be getting a pedicure and I would like my acrylic filled and gel color. The man tells me to pick out a color and that it will be 50$. I politely say that that is the price of a full gel set. Immediately this lady comes over and says if I can’t afford it go some place cheaper!! I’m like wow amazingly rude little does she know I spend hundreds a month on my nails I just was in a rush had to work that day and had broke a nail, so wanted a quick fill with basic gel color. If she had take the gel off my nails she would see I usually get pick and white ombré which is quite perfect from quin in the Wilton mall who is so sweet kind and caring. You get what you pay for here- they don’t care about loyal customers if you’re a little late to an appointment you’re pretty much better off going somewhere else. They’ll call you out on it and make you wait over forty minutes to be helped while they help everyone else that walks in after you. I had been here 3 months ago for ANC with tips and was charged $32. I had a great experience and had been back a few times after that and was charged the same amount, it was $5 extra for coffin shape nails which I understood since it takes longer so most I've spent was $36-$38 for ANC with tips. I went a few days ago with my sister and we had the absolute worst service and sloppy job. Both our nails weren't that long, I got oval shape and she got rounded square. When it was time to pay the older man tells me it's $40 each. I was so surprised at the amount and when I asked the guy "is it really that much?" And he mocked the face that I made and mimicked me LIKE A CHILD. I couldn't have been treated more rudely, immaturely, and just out right unprofessional. To top it off, they did a terrible job and my nails looked better than before I walked in there. Best mani/pedi I've had in a long time! I'm visiting my mom from California and we wanted to pamper ourselves. They got us in super quick, were awesomely friendly, and did an amazing job! I have been here twice, but I guess you can say I was only helped once. My first experience I got a pedicure which was great & a set of acrylics. The acrylic price as stated on the wall was I believe $30 and for some reason they charged me $45. While asking how long I wanted the nails, I pointed to the length and he told me it's extra if they're long. I told him never mind and just do the longest length that won't be an extra charge. I just came back from college and my mother wanted to go again. She called LAST NIGHT for a gel manicure and acrylic appointment, they said they open at 10 and that's when our appointment will be. We get there at 9:50 and it is PACKED. They then told my mom we "weren't on the list" and that "they don't do acrylics during the holiday season." I won't be going back and don't recommend. This place is fantastic, will never be going anywhere  else! I had a younger gentleman as my nail tech for my ANC and he was SO gentle and asked me questions throughout to make sure I was satisfied. He also took a close look at each nail several times throughout to make sure he didn't miss anything, which a lot of times I get the ANC other places and it's spotty. The staff is super friendly but I would probably suggest making an appointment. The only thing that bothered me was that it says $30 on the board for ANC however I think they must have charged me $5 to take off the old stuff I had on. This location is right around the corner from my apartment so it was convenient to try! I was very pleased with both experiences I went. I only get pedicures, and both pedicures were excellent. \They have massaging chairs, and multiple pedi packages to choose from. Their staff is friendly and quick. My first visit I had to wait a little while as they were busy, so I made sure to make an appointment for the second visit. One of the best parts about their services is the shoulder massage while your nails dry! This was heavenly. They also spend a good amount of time massaging your legs and feet, which I love. I just walked out of my gel mani and pedi, I really loved this place, it was so clean and spacious and they had great products! They were thorough and detail oriented, and really took their time. However. At the end of my gel manicure, the very kind gentleman swiped ACETONE all over my nails and messed them up, instead of the normal rubbing alcohol. If you have ever gotten gels, you know that they dry slightly tacky and you need alcohol as the final step to finish them off. I brought in my own OPI gel products, bc I typically do my own gels at home and I'm very knowledgeable about the process. The staff of the salon were befuddled as to why my nails were all messed up and I tried to politely say "I think you used the acetone and NOT alcohol!" But they didn't listen, he added an additional topcoat, tried different lights, and kept being confused as to why the nails were sticky. It went on for a while so I just asked to leave, walked to the grocery store next door, spent 2 bucks on a bottle of rubbing alcohol, and wiped the nails down myself. They were then absolutely fine. So overall, he did a good job, but he absolutely 100% used acetone all over my nails and messed them up, and didn't understand/listen when I tried to explain the situation. Read Less

Had an awesome experience here over the weekend! 6 of us went in for manis/pedis for a bachelorette weekend. The owner was so accommodating, even when we had to change the reservation a few times. The manis/pedis came out perfect, the employees were friendly and welcoming, and the owner gave each of us a free face mask and a free hand lotion to the bride. Very clean & nice staff. However, if you're getting a gel manicure make sure you tell them to cut your cuticles or else they won't. I've never been in a place doesn't do cuticles with any manicure. Felt like I was a bother to the women who seemed to be the manager because I could chose my nail color before i even got into the pedicure chair. Wish I could give zero stars. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Save your $$ and take it somewhere more deserving - there are plenty of other hard-working polite salons. Either this place caters to large groups or they are incredibly racist. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolute terrible experience. Walked in without an appointment so a wait is understandable. Started helping me after 20 min by removing shellac then proceeded to helping a group of three women whom did not have an appointment. I just got my nails done here yesterday for the first time and I couldn't be more pleased! I showed up with super damaged post acrylic nails and they gave me an amazing ANC manicure with extensions and were extremely gentle and detail oriented throughout the process! The building was beautiful, really up to date and well organized. I had a pedicure done; That was great except my $15 gel polish application was horrible. I didn't notice until I left that parts of my toenails weren't even painted. Paying an extra $15 to receive a sloppy paint job in my book is unacceptable. The ANC nails are horrible that I received. I asked for a rounded tip, well I have the most rounded nails I've ever had. So rounded that I would need to have tips put on after these soak off to fix what was done. Four of my nails look so short and stubby. The ANC itself is bumpy if you look at it from a side view. I've never had such a bad nail experience in my life. I will not be returning. Promised my daughter to use my tips from work to get mani/pedi.  Researched many, happened to walk past this spa one weekend and had good feeling. Tried today and couldn't be happier. Staff are friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and gifted technicians.  Loved the atmosphere.  The music was relaxing and pleasant.  I was glad there was only one TV, more would have turned it into a sports bar atmosphere, here you could choose to watch or just enjoy the experience the old fashioned way (without phones or TV). The manager kept everything flowing nicely and pitched in happily, provided assistance, tools, and even massages as needed.  Our mani/pedis were fantastic! My daughter loved it as part of her  16th birthday present.  I wasn't going to get nails done but glad I did, and we'll be going back for the phenomenal pedicures more often than originally planned. After a bad experience at another nail salon I was hesitant to try a new place. I'm so glad I did. I've gone to this salon twice now for a anc manicure and a regular pedicure. The people that work here do a fantastic job, the man doing my manicure was a perfectionist. The price is also great for a pedicure $25 for a regular pedi with a massage and hot stone massage. The foot and shoulder massages are great, and in my experience not everyone knows how to give good massages at salons. There are a lot of choices for anc manicures too. I really like this place,relaxing music,cute decor, great service, and prices. Basically everything you would want in a nail salon. The only improvement I can suggest is maybe installing more tvs, there's only one and you can't see it from many seats. This will be my new go to salon! Read Less

tried it for the first time today. Got ANC done and I absolutely LOVE it! The place is gorgeous, very clean, the nail technicians are very friendly, and the music was so relaxing!
