First time visit here and brought my husband for his first-time pedicure. Arrived around 59:30 am and they had just opened. Good pedicure and careful attention given to my dry foot areas. Had my eyebrows done, the gentleman was just a little rough with the lower leg massage (I usually decline this but wanted to try it out) Recommend this group, they were professional, kind and attentive, highly recommend. Friendly people they just aren’t good at what they do. My acrylics came out super bumpy and uneven with the worst paint job ever. Filing was bad too. I’ve gotten ANC there before as well and it wasn’t very good either. Their work is very rushed with an outcome that is less than standard. Read Less

If I could give zero stars I would. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! I love getting my nails done, but this is hands down the worst "salon" experience I have ever had. My nails look slightly better than what a day one cosmetology student could provide. The lack of colors to choose from was staggering, then when the staff became frustrated when I was having a hard time selecting my color, the experience went down hill very quickly. The male employee started huffing and puffing and was very physically aggressive when he manipulated my hands and feet into the position he needed them in to "execute his craft" (my four year old is more talented). It was also clear that I was the topic of juicy, giggle and snear filled gossip. It's never a good feeling to know the whole room is talking about you and laughing at you, all because I had a tough time choosing a color. I found a color I liked and for some reason the staff was unable to locate it, although the bottle had been at the station I was sitting at moments earlier. They insisted that I either used the color they had chosen, or no color at all. This male employee also stopped what he was doing to watch another staff member get tipped, and scoffed after he had counted her cash under his breath, from across the room. As I was leaving, he refused to give me my card back, after I had paid, until I tipped him and signed my receipt. He even moved MY card away when I tried to put it back in my wallet and stared as I wrote him a $5 tip that he did not deserve. Furthermore, a female employee waited for us outside as we left the building and mumbled rude and calloused things at us under her breath. She stared at us with a snarl that was extraordinarily unpleasant, uncalled for and childish. She gave a hand gesture as we were pulling out. Horrible experience here. Went in with a couple of friends on a Saturday morning looking for a pedicure and ANC manicure. They stated they were able to accommodate us and proceeded to tell us to pick colors which we did. We all sat in the pedicure chairs and the person doing my nails had latex gloves on which I am highly allergic to, I asked him nicely to please remove them because I was allergic and you would have thought I asked him to chop his hands off. I totally understand his need to be sanitary however when my life is in danger it's another story. If went downhill from there, we received quick and messy pedicures and then when it came to do our nails they were done quickly as well, to the point where I was asked to wash my hands and when I came back another technician who was working on my friends nails told me I could put lotion on my own hands because my technician had moved on to another client. It has been a week so far and my nails are already chipped, which ANC is supposed and has lasted up to 3 weeks. Needless to say, I was highly disappointed and sad because this isn't something I do on a regular basis and was a treat and my experience was less than unsatisfactory. We will not be returning. Worst experience and customer service I've had in the 13 years I've been getting my nails done. I've never had a mani pedi take so long. And not to mention I had to deal with the swarm of flies they had in their salon attack me the 4 hours I was there! Eww! And my nails are totally destroyed! My toes were each only half painted and I had to redo them myself the next morning before my wedding! Had to go to another salon to have my tips removed because they were lifting and hurting so bad. Ok service, but the pedicure chairs are older and uncomfortable.  I live in New York City and I'm used to the standard pedicure to include a leg/foot scrub and massage, they don't do that here.  Instead of applying a foot scrub, they use dole liquid antibacterial soap, like the kind often used as hand soap....my gel pedicure has been holding up but my gel manicure started deteriorating on day 2.  Gel manicures are supposed to last two to 3 weeks, not days.  The technician filed my nails and my nail bed but avoided cutting my cuticles.  The technician really cut corners and didn't do a proper manicure.  I decided to give two stars instead of one because I came in the next day to have my chipped nails fixed and the staff was very friendly and willing to touch them up.  After that though, my gel manicure didn't make it through the week. I had to walk off the place half way through the manicure! I had my gel manicure done in other place and two weeks later my cuticles were crying to be cut event the gel was still holding pretty well . So I went to the place to do the manicure . They were nice and polite . The host lady buffed my gel of with the machine and soaked in the acetone and left me for the other lady to finish what I came there for . So I waited when the second lady was done with the client and I had to move to her seat . The towel on the table hasn't been changed from the last client ( gross ) table hasn't been wiped or sanitized . So after my old gel was completely removed she grabbed the new gel kit and started to apply the base coat . I had to stop her and ASK ( which I believe you don't have to ask them ) to cut my cuticles before the gel application !!! She wasn't happy and went to get her manicure set ( this is the whole idea of manicure not just nail polish application ) so she spent 5 seconds with one hand with my cuticles and jumped on the other hand . The cuticles were barely touched and after she did my second hand ( same bad ) I pulled my hands off and told her don't worry about the gel I don't want gel ( I was polite to her and said I will pay for what they did so far) thinking I have to do my cuticles at home by my self or rub to the other salon so end of the story I payed 17$ for my old gel remove and 10 seconds ( both hands ) cuticle ,, touch up ,, oh she also did shaped my nails which she did pretty good job have to admit . Good:  very clean, decor restful, no blaring TV and good mellow music.  Open Sunday. Bad: my manicurist was not that skilled and seemed bored.  Very minimal massage with both pedicure and manicure.  Black carpenter ants- one crawled on my hand in the UV light.   Limited gel color selection. I wanted to write a quick review because I am sure there are more people, like me, except probably mostly women, who would love to see more of this area's nail salons reviewed at least once.I'm sure that in the same way you shouldn't go shopping for groceries when you're hungry, you shouldn't review a nail salon when you're sitting in the massage chair... but I am, and it's nice. Everything here is "nice." Nice people, nice OPI polish selection, nice decor.I would recommend this place for anyone visiting the area who needs some pampering and doesn't want to pay tourist prices on Broadway.PS I'll let you know if this spa pedi turns out to be anything other than nice.
