I did not have an appointment but was taken immediately I think it was the owner/ Had a mani pedi and it was fine. It was fairly quick and the price was pretty much on point.. It was much better than waiting at some of the other nail salons. Read Less

This salon is definitely not the greatest. I've been there a few times and with ANC nails mine come out thick and chunky looking. ANC is supposed to be thinner than arcylic nails. This place is just eh. The color selection is poor as well. I shouldn't expect much more because it is a mall nail salon. Read Less

I should have checked the reviews before I went. This was a bad experience.  The spa pedicure did not include any spa products just lotion - and another guest said she didn't get that.  When I walked in I was skeptical and was about to leave but got bullied into staying. Worst pedicure ever! The french tip was not painted even, my nails were not filed to shape. What a waste of time and money. I could've done a better job myself. I unfortunately just paid $30.00 to go home and do another pedicure on myself. Read Less

Possibly the worst pedicure I have ever received. Made an apt for 6 PM, was not seated until 6:30 PM. Although the sign in sheet said all the people in front of me didnt have an appointment, it was nice of them to keep us waiting and not them.The woman there ( I think she is the owner - she is older and does not speak English ) cut my large toe nail in a TRIANGLE. NO JOKE, because she was not paying attention talking to another worker. She told me the nail was broken ( which it wasnt when I walked in there ) and to "just wait two weeks, it will grow out." Are you kidding me? So I have to walk around with this triangle nail for two weeks?? I told her that was not okay and she still charged me $10 and then upcharged my daughter to $35 ( should have been $25 as she is 12 ) so basically I saved $2. Worst pedicure ever! I get pedicures pretty frequently and recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. I was in the area and figured let's give it a shot. Well bad idea. First off, their color selection is horrible and unimpressive. Then they had me soak for a long time because the girls were running late and he said that this happens a lot. Seriously?!?! I would of went somewhere else then if I knew that from the min I walked in. Then the girl came in and grabbed her stud which mind you wasn't clean at all and should've definitely walked out then. Then she was super rough and seemed to just rush through my pedicure because she was mad she was late and busy. She ended up cutting my toe nails super short to the point it hurts days later still. She also cut my skin with the cuticle cutter and never even apologized. She used that razor scraper and the cuticle cutter which both were dirty before she used them and she quickly cleaned it but to me it was gross. Also, who uses a dremel to file toe nails?!?! I have never had that and never want it again!!! It's also very pricey for what a pedicure that was done in 15 mins. I don't think so! I will not ever be going back here again! Read Less

i got my eyelashes done here friday(extensions) (lastweek) here it is thursday and i had to go back the next day! only to hear that i needed to wait an hour and a half as they were full, with their children running around! I left upset and for the past 2 days, i have been waking up with them cringed and stuck together, the result is they started to fall out in clumps! i had no choice but to take them out and lose half of my own eyelashes in the process, the first time i went and had these done 2 years ago, they lasted 3 months with no issues, not to mention, the woman took her time, this past time, the woman was extremely fast, in and out, it took 20 mins to do my extensions and eyebrows........NOT AT ALL SATISFIED! Very dirty place same files used on everyone, behind the pedicure chairs you will find french frys from when McDonalds was in the mall...dust and dirt from forever ago. My sister and I went here for a full set (me) and a pedi (her). My guy was very down to business and gruff. He chastised me for not knowing what to do next. I've had acrylics before, but not in a while and I do need to be directed in what he wants (sorry!). I told him I wanted them on the shorter side, and was kind of nervous because they looked a little longer than I wanted them, but when I asked he told me, "One step at a time." He worked really quickly and in the end they looked good. They  were french tipped.My sister's guy (yes, we both had guys at a nail salon, though everyone else working there were women) was very chatty and I think he had a little crush on my sister. He didn't do as good of a job as she would have liked on the massage. He free handed the french tips on her toe nails and it looked nice.The prices were decent. We left satisfied. About a week later, my nails started breaking off randomly. I have been sure to be very gentle with them, so it's been quite annoying. The tips have just broken half off. I think they're of really cheap quality. It happened three more times three other days in a row. I have to go to another salon and spend more money before it's even time for a fill! (It's been about a week and a half since the appointment.) Seriously, don't go here unless you are planning on having them off in a week anyway. It's a waste of money. Read Less

I went to Nail Studio for a pedicure.... The salon was a little dumpy but I saw the prices and decided to try it. First of all the older women that was doing my pedicure was distracted by using the phone for like 10 minutes and put my feet in cold water.. She cut me 2 times... didnt file my toe nails... cut them crooked.he thing that bothered me most was the fact that the instruments she used on me were pulled out of a basket that the other lady giving a pedicure was using. I was traveling in Saratoga and needed a place to get a pedicure, so based on the other review I tried this nail salon out. I had an ok experience, but my friend and many many other people didn't. They were really short staffed considering the many clients they had. I got a pedicure in about 40 minutes, but my friend took over an hour and some people had been there for 2 hours trying to get a mani/pedi. Price was fine, $12 for a manicure, $20 for a pedicure. I'm hoping that it was packed because it has such a good reputation? I guess I'd give them another go if I was in Saratoga again, but they really weren't prepared for a glut of clients. Read Less
