I have been going to LOVE Nails for almost 4 years. They have wonderful customer service. There's no, hey you when I walk in. I must admit the wait times can get long with it without an appt. They have the absolute customer service!! I just paid 29 dollars for a full and absolutely hate them. Jessica did my nails the color looks absolutely awful. She showed me after the first coat that it would cover the French underneath(which it does not) and did not show me when she placed second coat. It is not the color I asked for and is so dark. I walked out and called in parking lot and manager said sorry nothing I can do for you!!!!!! Said would be $15 after I just paid almost 30 not even 2 minutes ago to have done. Made an appointment for 9:30. 9:30 came and the hustle n bushel of clients being seated. I on the other hand had my seat but waited and waited while everyone was being worked on. Even the people who came after me. Not going back one closer to my house that even let my dog set in my lap while girl worked on me. And I didn't even have an appointment. Read Less

If you can go to another salon DO IT. Not only did they tell me what they were charging me before they performed a service the guy who did my feet was extremely rough and kept stabbing me caused a wound on my toe and kept putting acetone on it. Then when I expressed my concerns to the manager he didn't care at all. The people in their were also like zombies. No one had a smile it was like they were dead. Worst experience of my life. My favorite spot to get my nails done right downtown Saratoga. The staff is always so cordial and courteous. I am always happy when I leave the place, and I even leave New York City (where I live) to get my nails done there once a month (Saratoga is home for me too, so it's convenient). The regular mani-pedi package is great, with short time feet and hands massages , and when you're drying, you get also a quick upper back and neck massage. Heavenly! Read Less

The actual pedicure and manicure I received was OKAY, but the person, "Kevin", doing the service was not a good polisher. He has a terrible technique that leaves pockets of unpolished or unevenly polished nails. Which caused me to ask him to do a third coat and he seemed to have an attitude about that. He also was a bit rough with forcing my feet or hands where he wanted them without saying a word. He never spoke to me. Not once. Then when I messed up my big toe nail because there wasn't enough tissue between the toes, and asked him to fix it, he looked annoyed and just put a dab of paint on the messed up spot causing it to look lumpy and uneven and didn't even finish it with a clear top coat. Being completely over his general attitude and wanting to maintain a fun outing with my mother-in-law I just took the nail polish and evened it out myself. I gave them two stars because the pedicure and foot massage were the longest I've ever had and it was really relaxing. However if I do go back again I won't be getting any services by "Kevin". I've been here before only for pedicures. Which I can say I really liked!! I made an appointment on a Thursday for a Saturday, for a 1pm sit down. I needed a full set with Emily and pedicure with Natalie. I got there at 12:55 to make sure I was on time. I let them know that I had an appointment. It took 20 min for me to get seated for them to tell me that Natalie would help in 30 more min because she was busy. At that point I had mentioned I had an appointment like 5 times. ... Then Natalie kindly came over and apologized I felt bad because I knew it wasn't her fault. She didn't do the scheduling. They sat me down again at a different chair for a pedicure. The water was cold so I asked them if I could get hot water to which they said that that I had to wait some more for the hot water. At that point I was so disappointed not once did they acknowledged I was there. I kept seeing walk ins being helped and I just sat there with me feet I'm cold water.
