First off I have to admit that I am a self proclaimed diva. I waited several years to hop on the eyelash extension “bandwagon” in fear that having eyelash extensions would destroy my natural lashes. I heard all of the horror stories from co-workers and friends about how terrible their lashes looked once having their eyelash extensions removed. When I was accepted into an RN program and didn’t have time to do my makeup the way I wanted with all of the school work, I decided t...o take the plunge and try extensions! I have to say that I am SO INCREDIBLY HAPPY that I did! I wake up in the morning and I don’t have to bother putting on mascara, or any eye makeup if I don’t want to! I want to clear up any misconceptions people might have, as long as you go to a technician that knows what they are doing (like the flutter lash girls) then you will NOT have any damage to your natural lashes. I have to be honest that I am not the best client, I tend to sleep on my stomach and rub my eyes frequently so that obviously does not help with my retention. Cassandra, the technician I go to is absolutely fabulous and is very patient with me even though I call myself her “problem client”. She is very knowledgeable, professional and amazing at her job! She is not only beautiful but an absolute doll! I have gotten to know the other girls at flutter and they are ALL FABULOUS! Every time I have an appointment I am always greeted with a smile, it is such a welcoming atmosphere! The Flutter salon is beautifully decorated with a spa like atmosphere, and such comfortable couches that you could easily fall asleep while having your lashes done! If you want lashes that look outstanding go to the beauties at Flutter Lash Bar, and I promise you will not be disappointed! See More

Highly recommend these girls!! Aubre recently did the makeup for a wedding I was in and did a wonderful job in such a timely fashion on several girls with several different skin types and everyone looked amazing! The products she uses are great and my makeup lasted all day and night. If you are looking to get your makeup done professionally this is the place!

I love it here! I've been getting my lashes done by Ashley for about 5 months now and she never disappoints! These ladies know what's right for you and your lashes and the atmosphere is not only comfortable but relaxing as well. I will always recommend them to anyone who mentions lash extensions!

I made an appointment with Cassandra for a makeup application. I had never been to flutter lash bar before and right from the beginning she was very accommodating and helpful making the appointment for me. When I showed up for the appointment she was very sweet and welcoming. The salon was super cute and clean! I had an amazing experience and my makeup looked perfect. Cassandra was very professional and I will definitely be back for more services.

The MOST amazing experience ever!!! Love seeing all these ladies every time i get my lashes done.. they are all so sweet and its my little girl time I enjoy and look forward to every few weeks.. ALL the artists do amazing work and are very CLEAN and professional! Not to mention, the salon is super cute and very luxe relaxing atmosphere..oh.. and my lashes always look bomb! Would never go anywhere else!!! <3

Decent lash work aside let's talk about the customer experience. This place lacks privacy and comfort when paying premium prices.
There was nothing relaxing about this experience. You share space with other clients in an open area and are subjected to listen to customers and staff discussing personal information. Not my idea of a good time.
You lay on a chaise lounge and share the same neck pillows and blankets (customers place their feet on them) that previous customers used.
There isn't enough seating in the waiting area (two uncomfortable chairs only) and you access the bathroom through a door that's shared with the staff's break/eating space.
I witnessed one staff member adjust her hair, itch her nose and then continue with a client without washing her hands. Some staff dress like they just came from working out.
I feel like this shop was thrown together with decor (they tried) and I didn't find it appealing.
You get one chance to make a first impression.

Aubre and Cass were the make-up artists for my engagement photos and my wedding. They were absolutely amazing in every way. They arrived on-time, had the BEST makeup, played music in the background while we were getting pretty, and were super easy to talk to. Both girls listened to what we all wanted (8 bridesmaids, 2 moms, and 1 bride). Everyone was very happy with their make-up. At the very end, they touched us all up and did our lips before we were dressed for the big day. I highly recommend them based on professionalism, talent, and personality. We all received countless compliments on our makeup throughout the night. <3 <3

I tried to call and make an appointment for an eyelash extension fill today. The girl on the phone (she refused to tell me her name, twice) told me they refuse to work on any lashes other than their own. When I informed the girl I have top quality lashes from someone who has been a lash professional for a number of years, instead of giving me an appointment, she told me I could "maybe come in and have the owner judge them first". Then she hung up on me. It's a bad idea to refuse service to out of town visitors. Instead of delighting me with a professional attitude and a nice eyelash fill, for me to tell my dozens of in-area friends and family of, you've put me in a situation where I will now tell them all to avoid your noninclusive business at all costs. To hang up on any potential client is beyond rude- I think you need a new phone girl.

I can't say enough good things about Flutter! I have been a client of Aubre since before Flutter began and I can honestly say that each time I get my lashes done they are better than before. These girls are so dedicated at what they do. They want to be the best for their clients and want their clients to have the best. Not only are they amazing, but the atmosphere is awesome! The place is inviting and you are so comfortable why getting your lashes done. I could go on and on about this place and the girls who make flutter so great! I would recommend them to anyone! If you want your lashes done right - there is only one place to go.

I had a special event to attend & had my makeup and lashes done at Flutter Lash Bar. The staff there was very professional and Cassandra did a fabulous job with the makeup and lashes. My lashes looked great and very natural. I was very satisfied and received many compliments. I will definitely be going to Flutter Lash in the future.

Cassandra applied my makeup for my son's wedding and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I've never had makeup applied by a professional before, so I didn't know what to expect. My makeup stayed fresh all day!! I couldn't believe it. I will definitely recommend Cassandra to my friends and I will definitely be back when I need a professional to make me look amazing. :)

Such quality work. Aubre always makes me comfortable, which is hard right now that I am 8 months pregnant! The lashes she applies always look beautiful and last considerably longer than they have for me from any other place. Highly recommend! And it's a beautiful atmosphere.

I made an appointment with Cassandra for a makeup application. I had never been to flutter lash bar before and right from the beginning she was very accommodating and helpful making the appointment for me. When I showed up for the appointment she was very sweet and welcoming. The salon was super cute and clean! I had an amazing experience and my makeup looked perfect. Cassandra was very professional and I will definitely be back for more services.

Decent lash work aside let's talk about the customer experience. This place lacks privacy and comfort when paying premium prices.

Aubre and Cass were the make-up artists for my engagement photos and my wedding. They were absolutely amazing in every way. They arrived on-time, had the BEST makeup, played music in the background while we were getting pretty, and were super easy to talk to. The girl on the phone (she refused to tell me her name, twice) told me they refuse to work on any lashes other than their own. I can't say enough good things about Flutter! I have been a client of Aubre since before Flutter began and I can honestly say that each time I get my lashes done they are better than before. These girls are so dedicated at what they do. They want to be the best for their clients and want their clients to have the best. Not only are they amazing, but the atmosphere is awesome!
