Very detailed oriented... got the milk and honey white chocolate pedicure and eyebrows done. The lady that did them both did an excellent job! The foot and leg rub was perfect, very clean... she opened the package to new tools in front of me, so I know they were clean. She meticulously shaped my eyebrows, perfectly... This was the worst experience I had at a nail salon and I have been getting my nails done for over seventeen years.   The manicurist smelled like smoke, spent more time organizing her iPad to listen to it while doing my nails then she did actually caring for my nails.  She did not use lotion on my hands or oil on my cuticles.   She made me soak my nails for a very long time and now my hands are all peeling.   The manicure lasted two days and my nails were filed in a way that made then even sharper.   This was a terrible experience. Hit or miss depending on what technician you get. Don't bother getting anc with tips because they will chip within the first 3 days & youll end up having to pay $5 for them to fix one nail. Definitely enjoyed it here. This is like the 3rd time I've ever had my nails done and they were quick to start, I waited about 5 mins tops. It's quiet and if you have a certain style of nail (ex: coffin shape or almond shape) they will do it! They also have a good selection of colors to choose from. Only reason why I didn't put 5 stars is because it is a decently busy place so the lady who did my nails seemed to be in a bit of a rush but didn't miss details. Poor manicure. Left nails uneven and jagged after gel polish was removed. When my wife pointed it out and asked for it to be filed/corrected the woman just nodded in acknowledgment and then continued to just paint over it. The polish was put on all at once (3 coats) and the fan was unable to properly dry it making it smudge. It looked like someone drunkenly painted her nails... Not worth paying for but was in a hurry and couldn't take time to argue for them to correct. Would have been better off without nails done then the result. :( Read Less

i would NOT recommend this place. As the lady was putting on tips I told her they were already lifting and she said the acrylic will seal it. She caught my cuticles multiple times and the acrylic dried over my skin. I asked to file it down and she said "yes" but barely did. Then they charge me for gel polish that I did NOT want because that's "only" what they use for French. Never before have I had this issue. Fast forward 5 days and EVERY ONE of my nails is lifting, acrylic is cracking and one I had to take off because it was visibly trapping water and whatnot and would surely get infected. $40 plus a tip - what a joke. I have been going to Crystal Palace Nail Salon for several years. I have tried other nail salons in the area, but this is my favorite. I always make an appointment and ask for Kim. I never feel rushed and a simple mani-pedi will last me for a week. The place is large and airy. They have free wifi, magazines,  and water.  If you frequent this place, you can get a card stamped and after 10 visits you receive $5 off. I highly recommend this place. Read Less

My daughter and I had mani/pedi before going on a trip to Paris. We got it done on Saturday and by Monday both of ours looked horrible with chips all over both hands and feet. I went back in Thursday as we were leaving Friday to have it fixed. I was told they can't guarantee it since it was just nail Polish. I took this to mean since we didn't pay for premium service too bad. I got loud and said after 3 days it shouldn't look like this she said she would fix it. First time here. And the place is very clean and nice. The people seamed nice. But the lady I got wasn't great. She was just coming off here break. Because when she came to the table she was still eating!! Then I tell her I am very sensitive and to be careful!Not sure if she understood me, but she cut my cuticle so close that they started to bleed! I got the gel polish with that powder. ( I've never heard of it before) but My thumb came out crooked . I didn't tip as much as I should have I guess. But it was $45.00 and she hurt me! They do go above and beyond with the service. First time there today, asked for pointed stiletto nails and showed a picture, the older gentleman did my acrylics and they're awesome! I wish I got his name, he was very precise and made sure they were all exactly the same length. One of the ladies massaged my shoulders while my nails dried. I have never had a bad experience here or at their sister salon called "Nightingale Salon". The staff is as friendly as can be, though they do change often.. the owners are always polite and will go out of their way to make sure you leave satisfied. Their color selection is rather slim.. if you want a nude color, a dark maroon or a bright neon: you are all set. Otherwise, I would suggest bringing you own color, as I usually do. If you like sitting an waiting for 1/2 an hour with your feet in water come here!!! Walked in and asked if they had time to do a pedi yeah,yeah was the answer. How long I ask...not long was the answer. I sat in the chair  with my feet in water for 1/2 an hour...no one even looking at me! A very decent nail salon! Staff is super friendly brand new pedicure chairs. I got a great pedicure my mother also got one. My toes turned out great and it was very relaxing. My mothers experience was even better, she was luckily she got a man and men do such tedious nail work. Her toes look fantastic and the leg rub he gave her made me envious. He also massages her shoulders while she was drying her toes.My pedicure was great my gel manicure looked good but on 3 of my nails the polish was touching skin, I did have a light color though. I also got a gentle neck rub (men go harder I like harder)  during the dry/ UV light time. It is not cheep but the prices are fair 50 for a gel manicure & regular pedicure which is what I pay in Miami in a lower quality salon. Great selection of Essie and OPI colors, and a nice selection of gel colors. A great experience over all! I like going here whenever I visit my parents! Also a real masculine guy was getting his toes buffed (not painted) I love seeing men confident in there sexuality with great nail health! Pretty toes are a must!!! Read Less

Horrible nail salon. Very unorganized. Made an appt for 4 people for pedicures during a Weekday and had to wait 35 mins for the first to be seated and the last person didn't get seated till about an hour after our scheduled appt. Meanwhile they sat about 3 other people who had walked in after us before us. One pedicure massage chair didn't work and we all received sloppy and quick pedicures. They were so quick and light with the foot exfoliation it was pointless. Rubbing of our legs was so quick the lotion was sill streaked and caked on. And the polish application was mediocre at best. I could of made use of the money I spent in better places. Oh well, we will definitely not be returning. Save your money! Read Less
