I have been trying different salons in town and made a last-minute appointment with Nikkilyn to get my long hair cut, which was one of my most satisfying salon experiences ever. The downtown location is so walkable, and the place is clean, spacious, and bright. The price is also very affordable, which is a bonus. Nikkilyn was really friendly and professional. I was a bit unsure about how to achieve the look I wanted initially, and she communicated with me patiently and made sure she understand my exact expectations. Went on a whim before a wedding tonight to get my roots died to match the rest of my blonde hair and a blow out. Left with ORANGE roots and looking like I rolled out of bed. Inexperienced staff... only reason I will give it one star is because staff was friendly, although HIGHLY inexperienced. Emailed the owner, who offered me to go back and have the manager correct it... no thank you, asked for a refund to go to a real salon to get it corrected, and they said they will not give a refund. I used a Groupon for a blowout here, and was very satisfied! Excellent service and loved my hair after. My stylist, Nikki, was really friendly and talented! The atmosphere was sophisticated and inviting. I would definitely come here again over other places I've tried in the past for blowouts. The prices and quality are both a win at BPure, something I feel many salons in town either have one or the other of. Saratoga needed a place like this. Definitely give them a try!! Read Less

Best Service Ever! I made an appointment for a blowout. I have never been here before and would definitely recommend this salon to others and will return. Not only did the stylists wash, dry and style my hair, she fixed my cut to make it look better. She went out of her way to make sure my hair looked good and that I felt good about it. We came here as out of town guests for a family wedding. While the staff seemed very nice my daughter got one 1/2 braid put in her hair and I was charged $45 because this is considered an "updo". She is 11!! Her hair was NOT washed. She sat in down, they brushed her hair and braided it. It took all of 10 minutes. When I questioned the price because I also had a blowout (which was only 35) and included a wash I was told my another stylist "that's the price". Talk about customer service!!! If I could I would give less then 1 star. I live closer to NYC and I would NEVER pay that for a single braid!!! Very VERY disappointed. Read Less

I have seen Peter twice now for blowouts and he always does a FABULOUS job with my hair. He is friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to others. The blowouts make me feel so beautiful and the best part is you have gorgeous low maintenance hair for a week. I literally had strangers stopping me to tell me how great my hair looks.
