The owner was so pleasant and hospitable. The place was very clean and well maintained, and my acrylic set came out amazing! My nails look good and it didnt feel like construction tools were being used; the nail tech actually paid attention to the health of my nails. Overall a wonderful experience.

I have been in between nail salons for quite some time now. I was going to hit the town later in the night and needed a nail salon nearby that would give me a cute manicure. I found this gem tucked away in a mini plaza on Linden Blvd. I walked in and there was only one person before me getting her nails done. This was surprising, considering it was a Saturday. I later learned that the salon takes mostly appointments, which is preferable, because you don't have to spend your whole Saturday at the nail salon. I asked for a gel manicure and was immediately taken care of. The nail tech was super friendly and a good conversationalist. Utensils were clean and the service was thorough. She brought my nails back to life! While the prices are higher than most nail salons in the area, the quality of work was worth the price. I am absolutely satisfied and will definitely patron this salon again!

I happened to be parked across the street when I saw this gem. I don’t know why I went in but I’m so glad I did. First I was greeted by the wonderful owner Sheila. Someone cancelled just as I walk in ( thank you lucky stars) and she was able to accommodate me. I was given a pedicure with leg massage by the young lady working with Shelia whom I forgot her name my apologies.She asked me how I liked the water temperature. She removed every rough spot and callous. My pedi was so pretty I was in love with my feet. I can’t stop touching my feet.The massage was splendid. I brought my own color from Deborah Lippmann. She approved the quality , wouldnt allow me to use my no name cheap base and topcoat ( that’s what professionals do ).She only uses top quality OPI, ORLY, Essie, etc products. No acetone was used to thin products . I selected a color for my manicure, the young lady suggested an accent color be applied to the ring fingers and it came out beautiful. They are PROFESSIONALS. They want your feed back. They want you happy. The prices are a tad higher but I was totally satisfied (That was the first time ever)Let’s face it the industry is saturated with the unethical. It is such a pleasure to go to a spa and not wonder what tricks they are up to this week. This is now my new nail spa.I was in my car and no acetone smell on me or my hands, I couldn’t believe it. The clientele and atmosphere a delight. Appointments are recommended and encouraged.

This place is a real treat and an oasis from the regular nail salons. They use great products and provided good advise about nail care. It is a little pricey, but it is worth it. Black owned and operated and skilled at what they do. Definitely one of the best pedicures I've had. The young lady took her time with my feet, was very professional and friendly. Best part, she understood me. Finally, the place was clean.

Best nail salon if your from Lake County. Emily, and all other staff are amazing. Very friendly and fast ; yet exquisite nails. Prices are awesome too. Recomend to anyone.

Charlie is awesome and my nail guy Kevin knows what's up! Those are my 2 guys. They take their time and is gentle with my hands. I enjoy coming here and am never shy with my tips. Good job guys.

After moving back to Florida from Georgia I wanted to take a nice day to get my nails done with my mom. This was our first stop as it was recommended by many friends of mine. After my mom and I walked in we noticed they were quite busy so we were glad to wait since we would assume they were really good if they were this busy. We sat down and waited our turn until we saw two other women walk in and they immediately told them to sit at a table to be next before us. And no, they did not mention anything about having an appointment. So I saw this quite rude and frustrating they would put these other women before us since we had been waiting. I can't say that we won't try this place again to give them the benefit of the doubt but I just hope this was a mix up even though they lost our business yesterday because of it.

The main reason I went was to spend time with my daughter and to relax with a little massage. The nail painting I could care less about. We waited over an hour, they separated us (she's 9), they didn't even put lotion on my hands - let alone massage them like every other place. At the end, I asked about it, and they said they only do that with a gel polish. Not only is that backwards from almost every other place, but they didn't even ask if I would like it added in for an extra amount. I left there spending $67 for some polished nails and toes that I could have done myself. Complete fail!!

If I could put no stars I would this place is in my opinion and let me stress this is MY OPINION. I went in for a mani pedi about a week ago now when asked if I wanted the gel coat or color I said no I have very healthy nails and do not wish to ruin them with fake nails or gel polish . I am now trying to take my nail polish off ... Well surprise surprise !!!! The dam thing won't come off here I am at home a job that was supposed to take 5 to 10 min tops has now turned into a ...30 to 40 min job and my nails have been so damaged !!!! I will never go back and I will take this up with management ... MY reason for this post is not to make this place look bad plenty of people love this place and that's great my reason is for other people who want to keep their nails healthy I would not recommend this place I would recommend Lisa's Nails in my dora she is a 1 woman shop but she does a great job for less price you get a real experience or relaxation with her she is great and I will continue to go with her and only her .... I'm not mad that my nail polish didn't even last 1 day without chopping I'm mad that my nails have been ruined and I got lied to ..... See More

I have been going there for over a year. The staff is super friendly and professional. They do excellent work and never try to rush you out the door to get the next person in the chair. Their price's are comparable to any other salon in the area. I just feel I get a more family atmosphere there. Highly recommend!

This nail salon is the best. They don't just do your spa needs... They treat you like family and go above and beyond. I have been getting my nails done by Charlie for 10 years, and since opening his shop I have had each of his staff members do my nails. They all do nails differently, but they all do the best job. They can accomplish any task you throw at them. Great job Charlie's nails and spa!

The main reason I went was to spend time with my daughter and to relax with a little massage. The nail painting I could care less about. We waited over an hour, they separated us (she's 9), they didn't even put lotion on my hands - let alone massage them like every other place. I have been going there for over a year. The staff is super friendly and professional. They do excellent work and never try to rush you out the door to get the next person in the chair.
