My girl was good as far as attention and time but she nicked 4 of my fingers and one of my big toes at the cuticles and they bled (one really bad) after i left the spa. Never going back.

Terrible pedicure! I got the $47 dollar one rather than the $27 and the lady barely took off my old nail polish, hardly scrubbed my feet and didnt clean up around my toes. She cut my toenails straight across and now they're now blanket tuggers. I'm giving this 3 stars because they still do a very lovely massage. My pedicure massage was awesome and I paid $15 for 10 mins from the massage man. I'd say skip the polish here. Just go for the classic pedicure and if you love a quick 10 minute massage. Make this your go-to. Read Less

I've been coming here for years.  The girls are friendly, and the salon feels like a spa.  I love the décor, very relaxing.  My UV gels last a long time and the pedicures are very nice.  I could go to a place near my old job that is less expensive, but the atmosphere and the quality are not the same.  You get what you pay for.  I chose to spend my money here. She is very quiet( all of them are) but she is very friendly and super polite. I also love her massage. Always on point with everything! The other staff here is also really nice, they will do everything to help you. I recommend this place and really don't understand the other reviews. Always have a great time! Read Less

My first time at this place and my first time getting a manicure (I've seen others get manicures though). The manicurist wasn't that friendly but they weren't necessarily rude. They didn't talk to me at all (except for asking round or square nail) so it felt a little awkward. The job felt a little rushed and there were like ten customers total in the place so not even that busy. While removing my cuticles, they cut my skin so close that I was bleeding a little for about four fingers and there was a stinging pain (and for the next day too) and the manicurist didn't say anything, like how do you not see the red blood? Then randomly my manicurist had to help out another customer or do something else so the owner (I'm sure) had to finish painting my other hand. I wish the place was brighter - there was medium lighting and the furniture was mostly dark brown or black. Something just felt off about this place. I liked my manicure though despite the blood and pain. Read Less

No stars but wouldn't let me post unless u gave it a star. Went in in Christmas Eve. I had an appointment. After someone stood over me while I was waiting for two girls to move so I could choose my color, they could not help me find a Christmas red. Then I found my colors. I wanted a design on two nails, one on each hand. The design was two stripes, one red and one green. They thought it was ok to charge $7 per nail on top of the $12 for a manicure. I said how come more than a French  manicure and they said more than one color. Absolutely ridiculous and I didn't want anything done. I still had to pay for manicure even though I didn't even get a color. Very poor business. Read Less

This place used to be great, but it has really gone downhill. I purchase some of the more expensive pedicures (between $65-$95) and I would expect better treatment. Last time I went, the owner spent most of the time standing 6 inches away from me trying to fix something. The girl (think her name was susanna) who did my pedicure was falling asleep during my massage and I had ask her if she was ok a few times, she later got paraffin wax and nail polish all over my shoes and did not apologize. The remaining time she chatted with the other workers. These pedicures are not cheap, I don't know what is going on there but they need to go back to the way they used to be. This will be my last visit there, no more spending $60+ in a place that disrespects their customers. Read Less

nice, relaxing atmosphere. convenient parking. could've been cleaner. communal, dirty sponge spotted wiping foot baths. decent pedicure, mediocre-borderline-bad manicure. i can't wait til it chips so i can do it myself. actually, now that i look at it again, it really does look nasty-sloppy. she pretty much ignored my cuticles, after i specifically asked her to GENTLY trim them. i expected better for $37 plus $7 tip. no monday-wednesday discount is another negative.i may give it another shot, see if it was just the manicurist. I really enjoy this place!  My mom used to own a eauropean beauty salon in NYC for a number of years so I'm extra picky when it comes to nail salons.... this however is living up to most of my standards. When you first walk in you notice the dark decor which I feel is to promote calmness although I'm not sure how calm I feel with such dark decor.  You also don't notice a strong smell like you usually do in nail salons which is great!  The middle is the drying area, around the front there's nail stations and alone the back, pedi massage chairs... these chairs are amazing!  They're a few steps higher so you have to climb into them.  You feel like a queen sitting in one of these honestly.  I come for the pedi's and they have a great selection of pedicures.  I've gotten the green tea one which includes (from what i can remember) a 15 min leg massage, green tea to drink and a wrap on your legs and feet of green tea something or other... it was great and lasted about an hour and 15 mins... talk about getting pampered! I fully enjoy my time when I come here... I'm going back fairly soon for my first pedi of the summer and I'll update to make sure everything is still up to par! Read Less
