Expensive !!! But I find myself coming here alot because I just can't find this type of quality any where else in Queens and believe me I've been trying because the drive to get here is aggravating. This review is for the queen bee nails 2. Horrible. I went to the older lady and she was rough. She cut me and when I would ask her how to put my hands she just got frustrated and kept grabbing me and moving my hands where she wanted. Really not in a nice way. My nails came out with choppy ends and she filed the top instead of using that soft rectangle thing. It made my nails like paper thin and scratchy.  She also asked is I wanted to do my eyebrows when I literally had them done hours before. Idk what she was gonna remove cause the only hair left to take off would be my actual eyebrow. Lastly when I paid she made a point to go behind me and peak into my wallet as she went to get my change.  Never again. Read Less

Spent about 1 hr and a half...getting acrylic tips and a pedicure. $37 for gel manicure was reasonable compared to other places i been to where there always charging me 40+ for every little detail but not here!! the only reason why i didnt like it is because $17 pedicure. I have been going to this nail salon for the past 5 months and I can honestly say I am never disappointed when I get my nails done...I was referred by a dear friend of mines Shana J. Not only did she tell me about the salon but she also told me who I should request to do my nails. The person who always have my nails on point is Andy. Andy does a great job and he takes his time and make sure that every inch of your nails is flawless. I refuse to go to anyone else and if he is not there I'll just leave and come back when he is there lol. I don't want to try anyone else since I am familiar and pleased with the work he does. Just as a heads up call in advance to see what days he is off so you don't waste your time or gas making a trip up there. In addition if you have a special event to go to call and make an appointment with him so that you don't have to wait because although he is great he takes a long time doing your nails and can you imagine if you had 3 people in front of you....oh man!!!! Ok....The owner- Absolute bitchThe workers- No body like Annie for a pedicure, Tina does my filling almost always. I love them. The rest are a bit inexperienced.Services- I am writing this review because I just realized how much of a luxury it is to have a non-gel Polish for my toes to match the gel polish for my nails. I used to complain about their prices but after visiting three salons in Brooklyn, I am currently on my way to queens for that said reason. Overall- Despite the appearance of the first location, they know that their services are efficient and the owners arrogance confirms just that. If you're a person who has tolerance but wouldn't be afraid to call the owner on her BS, you'll be fine(Prime example, I just need my toes painted and a filling, she's telling me I can't get my toes paintedby Annie cause it's too late to wait for her. Apparently only "certain" people do the nails right and to be honest on a Saturday morning no one has time to wait for the person who knows how to do their job. I go to the second location 3 stores down. The first time I came here was sometime in April 2015. I returned in October 2015 when I prepping for my trip to Jamaica. The technician that does my nails is Andy. ONLY ANDY! The time and precision he takes to apply a set is remarkable. One may sit and say well why does it take nearly 2 hours to apply a set, I'll tell you. When Andy is doing your nails, he takes time with shaping your nails. The seamless application is outstanding. (Not I am not being paid for this review). His sets last so long. No nail has ever popped off when he has applied a set to my hands. I literally can go longer than the usual without a fill in. When he is working he even goes as far as caring for your cuticle. I wish that I could say the same about the pedicures. They are standard. But Andy he is an acrylic ninja! Read Less

I've moved to the neighborhood for about 3 years but I started college so I never found a local nail salon. After doing my research, I gave this one a try. It's very clean and yes, there are two stores. Andy did my nails and he did a pretty good job. My only downfall is his narcissistic attitude. I don't play that.. At all. So we had our little back and forth (not an argument but I matched his sarcasm). Nonetheless, he did my fill in with gel polish and it came out wonderful! Plus he gave me a little discount . Even though I have three nail salons in my area, I honestly prefer to drive the extra 5 minutes to this one. Its one of the newest in Rosedale.They have free street parking, but its very limited. Theres a Rite Aid across the street with a parking lot you can use. This shop is the second addition to the first Queen Bee nails that is a few doors down. I do not advise anyone to go in there. It is is always crowded compared to the new one. It is very outdated. The new location is small. There is six nail stations and 6 pedi stations. The seats are very comfy! Theres only one tv to keep you entertained. The drying stations have a unique look to them, but they dont dry your nails well at all.The staff is very nice. They are informative and patient. However on a very busy day, you will notice them rushing their work. I only get mani/pedi's so I'm unsure of how their full sets come out. The manis are nice. They offer you these cool warm towels to dry your hands with. You'll get the regular hand massage before and after you polish your nails. The same goes for the pedicure. They have A  LOT of different types of pedi's they do. I spend $50 (tip included) on my gel mani and regular pedi. The gel honestly lasts me 2-3 weeks. I would recommend. Read Less

I went to this nail salon for the first time last Saturday the lady waxed my brows, she then attempted to shape them with one of those personal skinny hand held razors that you can purchase from the hair store. Once I complained in outrage because she used the same razor on multiple customers before me, she stated they re-use the razors but they place them in alcohol at the end of each night. alcohol doesn't kill hepatitis A,B,C or HIV/AIDS. I will definitely be calling the city on them tomorrow.Read Less
