I haven't even gone for my appointment yet but I am already giving this amazing business 5 stars. I am a mom of two very tiny humans. They're 21 months and 10 months old. I rarely ever get a minute to spend on myself and when I do it's last minute and usually too short of a time to do anything. I am in a wedding party this weekend and I just found out I will have a free morning tomorrow before my husband is needed at work. I emailed True Peace Nail salon to see if they had an...y availability, they didn't (obviously it's the night before!) and so I figured okay I will do my own nails and go next week when i could get a babysitter. WELL.... within 15 minutes this amazing business who doesn't know me AND didn't know I was in a wedding just thought I was a mom of two looking for some pampering offered to come in EARLY and give me an appointment. I am so moved and amazed by this kind of "old school" business model. A business that truly cares and is willing to help not only a loyal customer but a brand new customer. I can assure you that they just got a loyal long time customer in me because I will never forget his incredible hospitality. Honestly the best nail salon I have gone to, and I've tried multiple places for different services. I called, made an appointment with no problems... Being my first time I had no issues finding where it was... The woman who helped me was perfection, making sure my fresh set of acrylics was exactly what I needed for my formal. My favorite, I'm one for clean, had taken out a new filer and give it to me as a little goodie bag to take home!The women sitting in the salon as well were more than welcoming! After seeing many positive reviews for the salon, my family and I decided to give it a try. We immediately felt right at home with the incredibly friendly and genuinely enthusiastic staff. The suite itself is tastefully elegent. The pièce de résistance has to be the pedicure room, which offers a truly zen spa experience. Rachel is charmingly charismatic; in fact, her witty and engaging personality was so refreshing. My children enjoyed the lovely Adriana, and Samantha was a sweetheart.
