I was the first client to arrive at the nail salon. They weren't even open, so I called and the owner said they were running late so I waited outside. As I waited another customer and her daughter showed up. Now the owner comes, greets them (white) ignores me. More (white) clients arrive, she proceeds to sit all who came after me. As I watch this unfold, I become upset and angry so I walk out. The owner calls after me to return. I said no it's okay, but it's not okay. I will not patronize Sister's ever again. Customer service from hello is on POINT! I contacted them via Yelp message and they responded in a timely manner even quicker than Yelp suggested. They answered all my questions via messaging and I was satisfied this will be a nail salon I will like and can trust. Tips;1.Their correct phone number is (516) 536-1919.2.An ATM is available inside which is a good thing especially as they only accept tips in cold hard, cash. 3.Free wifi is also available with the pw written on the wall so you don't have to ask for it and feel real cheapy lol.  4. When the dryer machine comes off that doesn't mean your toes are dry, do it a few more times, as many times as you like. 5. Write your review while toes dry. You're welcome 6. Loyalty card available. Though they appear to be Asians, they speak English well (maybe first generation) so absolutely no mix up with the service/s you need. Allison/Alice gave me a very good $40 worth lemon spa pedicure. Regular pedi costs $18. She's very pleasant and knows her stuff. I only wish it was harder but I was too busy social-media-ing to even bother asking for it harder.
