I received a holiday gift of a 60 minute hot stone massage. Jenny was the masseuse and she did an excellent job. She worked so hard on a couple of stubborn muscles that it hurt; that's the sign of a good massage! She used a variety of techniques, which I really appreciated. Jenny also asked, from time to time, if I was comfortable, which I appreciated. The room is quiet, low-lit, and spare, but clean and warm. The only negative I encountered was that the staircase down, and hallways leading to the massage room are pretty dark and, since no one gave me directions where I was going, I, being a first timer here, felt it was a little off-putting. Very bad customer service. Not sure what has been going on lately but this place gets 1* from me, and as of today I will take my business else where. I have been coming to Iconic Nail Spa for 3+ years faithfully and no I will not discredit there work, although some paint jobs are better then others depending on who tends to you but nonetheless work wise they're overall pretty good.  However as of 11/2/17. I went into iconic Nail spa for a pedi and SNS gel powder polish and the Lady at the front tells me it was too late to do both. They close at 7:30p ad it was 645p when I walked in. So I say to the lady what if I take the polish off myself while my toes are getting done, and she still insist and says no. So without further complaint I say ok no problem next time. However while I am getting my toes done another young lady walks in at 7:22p to be exact and says she's wants SNS nail polish, the lady at the front then says "ok pick a color" So patiently and quietly as I sit while a clear coat of polish (might I add) is being applied to my toes I'm waiting to see if maybe the lady would say to me ok you can do yours as well because there was still other clients being worked on. NOPE ! She says nothing to me and at 733p takes this young lady (which at this time I am now drying) I say to the lady you initially told me it was too late and her response was because you had to soak. No ma'am I would have removed the coloring myself. Nonetheless it was very unprofessional to pick and choose on who you want to work on. If it is a no, then no should be no across the board. when I need something I always go to yelp I always check out the reviews but this time it was a big  .1-The address says sunrise highway but it's behind sunrise highway so I got lost looking for it and it is on N. Park Ave..2-before I went to the salon I asked if they can take off an old set on my natural now as they are and put new acrylic nails and they said very confidently yes which was false ! The only reason why I went to this new nail salon was because I work 80 hours a week and since I don't have the time lately to get my nails done unfortunately I got them done in Florida because I had a party to go to  and the salon screwed up my nails and they were very expensive, too thick, and half fell off after a week.Therfore I tried to get my nails done when I got back in town but it's summer and my nail lady CAT who is amazing and I've been going to her for two years now was away on vacation and I have to go back to work tomorrow 8/26/2017  and I can't have my nails look ridiculous as they did.2A-before they started the job as I sat down I said I want to take off the acrylic that's on my natural nail as there long enough and I want you to put new acrylic-when they took off the old set they broke my nails  so bad because the girl didn't know how to do it and two of the girls had a help to make it worse it hurts so bad ,that they ended up being too short that I had to get fake tips.-3A- bottom line when you go to a place to get a service done it's not for free and because I've never gone to anyone NEW  I asked before they touched  my nails and they said yes yes yes they can do it!she made them paperthin after I asked her repeatedly to put a second coat and when she did she filed off most of it so they went back to being paper then.then I aster to do two designs on my nails and she didn't like it and didn't know how to do it and she was having and puffing in her own language. stop acting like a high-class SNOB and do what you were hired to do which is work and give excellent customer service. The job is not for free and actually more expensive than my my regular nail lady and to make it worse I told him that I had a bad experience in Florida and the number one rule of customer service is to listen to the customer and they did not do any of that.if you're going to get a new set up of acrylic and  remove your old ones don't do it they hurt you and they rip off literally your nails from your nail beds and before I got my nails done the only issue I had was the acrylic coming off my beautiful long  healthy nails and now I have extremely short nails and I have fake tips .** and last but not least I paid a lot of money and I wasted time just to be made fun of in another language and feel extremely uncomfortable and dissatisfied Ashley ruin my nails and thanks to her I'm going to  stop getting  acrylic. I've been to many local nail salons and this one is my fave! I came across this salon bc I work at Elements Therapeudic Massage that is in the same shopping center. Their work is great and fast. I typically only get a mani and pedi every 2 weeks and I never have to wait every time I walk in. I love that. As a massage therapist it is very important that I, too, receive massages.. There has been times where I couldn't get an appointment with my regular licensed massage therapist so I stop by iconic and sure enough their massages are great. I love deep tissue so the deeper the better, David and Linda are my favorite! I leave relaxed and with increased range of motion. I highly recommend Iconic Nails for nail treatments & massages. Nice and clean space with lots of seating, but if you're getting a regular manicure, they will rush it. I got a gel manicure once and it started peeling within 2 days which is unheard of. I splurged one day and settled in for a$60 spa pedicure. When I say splurge, I mean, that week I was eating leftovers and hoping my car could sputter along on a quarter tank, FYI. Walk in, gray Sunday morning, not too busy, awesome. Cozy massage chair + luxurious soaps and creams and exfoliatiants + Now this lady tells me I also get a 25 minute leg massage. Wow that's a long time, I'm thinking no way I'd make her do all that right? An hour in this chair, my fidgety self wouldn't be able to handle it. Well, screw that bc it was freaking awesome. Agree with the previous reviews that this place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I went to the Port Melbourne salon on Thursday 29th of June and I now have a chunk missing from my heel after a poorly done pedicure, I was bleeding all day (I have the pictures to prove this) and I am still in pain every time I walk. Not only that but I developed Athlete's Foot after my visit. So not only are they capable of butchering your feet, they also do not keep a clean salon. I will never go to a Tips & Toes ever again, and strongly advise against anyone else doing so. Read Less

I am currently sitting in this establishment so upset! My husband decided to schedule me a massage as a gift for being an awesome wife and mother, so excitedly I went to the salon to redeem my reward for being awesome. I arrived at 11:45 for an 11:30 appointment. I was turned around and asked to come back at 6:00 because I was late. I totally understand that. I arrived back at the salon around 6:00pm, they were not ready to perform my massage so I decide to get a quick pedicure while I waited. During my pedicure a very rude lady approached me asking for my Groupon. She yelled at me from across the room that the Groupon was expired. My husband had previously spoken to someone who told him it would be fine to use a Groupon that had expired the day before. They totally denied the conversation. She asked the lady who was doing my pedicure to stop mid pedicure. I pointed out the them that my toes were half done and questioned why she stopped. She said her boss asked her to stop. Came here yesterday because my normal nail salon was closed for some strange reason. I got a regular pedicure and a fill-in on my gel acrylic tips. My experience was great from the second I walked in the door. There were plenty of colors to choose from. My pedicure was carefully done, and the foot bath was very sanitary which I loved. My fill-in went smoothly as well and the price could not be beat. The only minor issue I had was the fish tank was filthy! LOL. The staff was VERY friendly, and the place was very inviting. The place is clean, bright, and staff are very nice. Also, they line their pedicure tubs with plastic shower cap looking protective liners in order to avoid the spread of fungus. I get a gel manicure and it lasts 2 1/2 to 3 weeks at a moderate price.Read Less

I was gonna rave about the cleanliness in here until I noticed the dead roach on the floor. Other than that I love the modern look of the place. A rainbow of colors to choose from. Plenty of eaterys nearby.The absolute best part is that they use brand new tools on me. Freshly unwrapped from the packaging. Got a regular pedicure with Callus remover and it felt like a spa pedicure. Hadn't been to this tips and toes in a while as I no longer work in the area but stopped by for a shellac mani and pedi last Friday before heading interstate. When I took my shoes off a few hours later I noticed the polish had come off on both big toes.....Now I've had shellac on all my nails for more than 3yrs and NEVER before has this happened. I called the salon the following day to report and was kindly told to return as soon as I could and they would fix the problem, now... the lady on the phone wasn't very apologetic but I hoped this was just because she was busy. I returned today to fix my toes and was quickly attended to, after checking several times that it would be ok I put my socks and shoes back on and left. I returned home a couple of hours later, removed my shoes and again found the polish had not set correctly. Although it hadn't lifted this time it hadn't set and I can easily push the polish around. I'd be ok with this if I'd been to a cheap salon but I paid $100 and expect much better from a business that has several outlets around the city. Not impressed ladies and no I won't be back.
