I called and asked prior to arriving how long is the wait for a pedicure i was told 30 minutes i said thank you and with that information i was on my way to the location. I arrived at 4:45pm the sign on the door stated they close at 6:00pm for Saturday hours. When i walked in one of the employees nearest the door looked around then not asking may I help you but immediately told me I’m sorry we are closed. I stood frozen because I was not told that on the phone they would be c...losing early, the door was not locked nor was their a sign posted indicating they were closing early. Being this was my first time patronizing this business, I have mixed emotions i hate to think i was being racially profiled and denied service but i have no other explanation since she stated they are closed and continued filing the clients nails. Needless to say i will NOT return back to this establishment. I’m very disappointed and I hope the owner reads this review. See More

Today I went to Polish with my sleeping 11 week old daughter. Of course she awoke right as I had polish on my nails and there was nothing I could do. I was starting to get quite stressed when one of the ladies offered to hold her and calm her. It worked for a few minutes and then another technician took over while they finished my nails as fast as possible. My daughter continued to cry but as soon as my nails were dry, they allowed me to take her into a private room and nurse her. We left happy and with beautiful nails and I'd say they earned a customer for life. Customer service at its finest!

Thank you for allowing me and my girls to get our nails done the week of the wedding! We rented / took over the salon one morning and all the ladies went above and beyond for us! Thank you!! 2 weeks later, wedding craziness and honeymooning in Jamaica my nails still look like they did the day I got them done!
