INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE I am NOT a girly girl, and I actually DISLIKE getting my nails done. It usually hurts, is uncomfortable, and NOT relaxing for me at all. THIS EXPERIENCE CHANGED MY ENTIRE PERSPECTIVE. Sarah was awesome BEFORE I even walked into the salon and met her face to face by answering me via text message MULTIPLE times and honoring a groupon. The salon was meticulously clean, which I loved and the decorations were cute, despite the small size, the salon was cozy and didn't feel crowded, even when there were almost eight people in there. AS FOR THE EXPERIENCE - the massage chairs were super comfortable and got the spot right in my back where I've been holding all my stress, I'm getting married so it was nice to relax, Sarah and Madison made my mother and I feel like royalty and my mani and pedi did NOT hurt but instead were enjoyable and pain free! I am so satisfied with my nails and will happily go back again! This is a great nail salon! I am a visitor from Florida and needed a quick mani/pedi for a wedding. I was able to make an appointment the day before with no problem. My friend has recommended this salon twice, so I thought I'd try them out via a Groupon coupon for a mani/pedi, hoping to discover a great salon where I could become a regular client. First, they cancelled my appointment a few hours prior, claiming their pedi chairs were broken -- leaving me in a lurch and unable to find a place that could accommodate a mani/pedi before a big event the next day. They said they would give me one free pedi for leaving me in a lurch. When I tried to reschedule, they didn't answer the phone for weeks, and their phone recording always said the mailbox was full and couldn't accept any more messages. When I finally got ahold of someone, she said the phone was broken. I tried to reschedule a new appointment, but no one is available to accommodate an appointment either before (another) big event or before the Groupon coupon expires. I'm a business owner, and fairly understanding and accommodating to other business owners, but this is getting too ridiculous to keep tolerating. I will pursue a refund from Groupon. Amazing place!! Customer service is great!! Laura the owner did my lashes and waxed my eyebrows!! When she was done I literally cried happy tears because someone finally got my eyebrows the way I wanted them! I tried so many places for years upon years to get my eyebrows the way I wanted them and no luck! Laura did them exactly and I had happy tears!! And my lashes were to die for!! no sign, no answer, no outgoing voicemail greeting saying they are closed/away, i drive 20 minutes to find the door locked, windows shuttered at 3pm on a friday afternoon during graduation season. i don't care how good you may be IF you were open, but definitely not how you run a business..... Got a business card from a friend so we thought we would check it out. She enjoyed her experience and so did we. You can call her (Lisa the owner) or for a faster response text. It's appointment based but that fine. This is not a big place maybe three tables to do regular or gel manicures a few spaces for pedicures. Everything is neat and clean and they use brand new nail files for each appointment if you want and she gives them to you to keep. It's nice... When you get the gel it's easy and painless. She does a easy manicure to take care of cuticles (no cutting) a beautiful paint job and at the end. She puts a scrub on your hands and arms and wraps you up in a warm towel than gives you rub of some great hand cream. This place is easily accessible from the highway it's in an area that's fairly residential but I would for sure go again. Lisa is great and warm and fun. Javohn was awesome we talked the whole time and she made me feel so pampered! My gel manicure and pedi were amazing. Found location from Groupon and so Happy that I did! This location is tucked away on Wildbriar Rd - Super cute, clean. I came in for a gel pedicure and was greeted and offered a hot drink. Comfy chairs with trendy clear glass wash basins for spa pedicure. Laura took her time cleaning up the cuticles and rough areas of skin on my feet. They have a large variety of Gel Colors and Brands. My gel pedicure has been lasting for more than 2 weeks and looks just as perfect as the day it was done. This was my first time getting a pedicure and it was fabulous!  My Mom and I bought groupons for gel spa pedicures and made an appointment for the two of us.  After this appointment was made,  I found out that I had work and we had to reschedule.  My Mom called to reschedule, which they were very accommodating of,  but there was a miscommunication so only one appointment was changed not both.  When we arrived for our appointments,  Lisa was the only staff there (at 6 30pm) and was happy to still take on both my Mother and I. Lisa took her time beautifying our feet and carefully polishing them. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. The salon was very clean and had a relaxing vibe. I can't say enough good things! I had to use my gel spa pedicure as I am moving out of town, and one of the owners that I called to make an appointment bent backwards to accommodate me the next day. When I stepped into this new beauty parlor, I was struck by how clean, welcoming, cozy and peaceful it looked. It was obviously not one of these "walk-ins welcome" nail factories where technicians seldom speak English....but a very professional team of gregarious young and skilled aestheticians. Friendly but not too nosy, they immediately made me feel like I had always been a client there. I really could not think of any negative about this place! From the nice and clean designer look of the vessel sinks and chairs on the pedicure platform to the stunning newly renovated floors. The place was immaculate! But if you are considering buying a Groupon,,,,I would suggest contacting the business first and asking for a discount, so the ladies do not end up  getting paid extremely little for the professional services they provide. And the cherry on top? Lisa finished her pedicure with a delightful foot massage as we spoke of the benefits of reflexology. Read Less

Outstanding. They are so friendly and make you feel very comfortable. They provide a clean, calm and inviting environment. Very knowledgeable and professional nail technicians and aestheticians. She took her time and did not rush through my mani and pedi. If I weren't from out of town, I would make them part of my monthly routine for self-care!
