I am the first customer at the La Bianca Salon for my first experience with Samantha R. My natural hair is brown, so I want to dye all of my hair to blonde. I didn't want to bleach my hair, but she thought it is very impossible to dye blonde without bleaching. I had to sit for five hours to get my hair done which it was not normal to wait for so long time. I hope I can get a good result, but it went awful and only have a few blonde, which I am not happy with the result. I will not be able to come to La Bianca Salon again. It is very disappointing. I had my hair washed, cut, & styled by Nick and he is amazing!! It was my first time at La Salon Bianca and I was going in for a pretty drastic change. Nick made me feel so comfortable, was SUPER knowledgeable, and asked questions to understand me, my hair, and how I typically style my hair which most stylists I’ve been to recently have not done. I swear I have been to every salon in Rochester from Scott Miller to the walk-in $7 Tuesday cut special. La Salon Bianca was recommended to me by a friend and I made an appointment with Audrey. I have horrendous hair..thin..fine..string -straight and I have always referred to it as the "stuff on my head. " I was impressed with the time Audrey took to get to know me, She really listened to me and understood my lifestyle. Audrey took the time to explain options and what would work for me and what was not so "me." The result is that I love my cut, style, and color and it is now my go-to salon. Stacey is my stylist. I think she is excellent because she really listens during the consultation and does not rush through the cut. Stacey places great importance on collaborating with the client to make sure she does what's best for your hair type all while making sure you leave feeling like a rock star. Oh boy where do I begin!? I have been coming to this salon since 2014 and to Mackenzie. My mom had started going there before me and brought me to her before my graduation from college. She did an amazing Bayalage/ombre to my hair and did it so beautiful! I have been coming to her and this salon ever since and still came to her on weekends I was home after I moved to VA, I refused to try to find a salon I trust down there with my hair. From cuts, to trims (and even a not so ...great decision on my end to go blonde on my ends and her taking the time to cut and clean up my hair so it could recover) to now where I have recently moved back to Rochester and have gone darker on my hair (she did a before and after post on her page of it) and just this past weekend got an amazing trim and clean up on my hair. I have had a great long lasting trusting relationship with this Salon and Mackenzie that I will continue to follow her and them wherever they go! All have been amazing hairstyles. PS. Mackenzie has been my stylist for a few years and I have never been disappointed! I have been to the salon to get a up-do and makeup for 2 different proms and my own senior ball. Each time I loved what Mackenzie and the other girls did for me. When I get my cut and colored, Mackenzie always exceeds my expectations. She is such a talented stylist, along with the rest of the staff. They are always upgrading and looking for new ways to help their clients be happy with themselves and the service. The staff is not trained properly in customer service or color. By far the worst color I️ have ever gotten. I️ walked in with blonde hair and walked out with almost black hair with gray highlights. She listened to what I was hoping to accomplish, was conservative with how much she initially cut off (I have very long hair), and the end result is what I was looking for! I also asked for coloring otions to make growing my grey out less shocking, which she provided. Amazing. I get my hair done by Mackenzie. She always listens to what I want and tells me what she’s going to do before she starts (I’m a little picky so this comforts me ). I’ve been going to her since before she started at La Salon Bianca. Her knowledge in the science of coloring hair has always impressed me. I have been going to the salon for just about a year now along with my youngest son. Nick is our stylist and what can I say other than he is worth every single penny! Alaina was so nice, she did a great job with my Olaplex treatment and blowout on my super fine, fried from bleaching hair. I brought her scary split ends and straw and she turned it into a perfect party look with soft loose curls! It is so hard for me to allow others to style my hair, i have a mixed texture and thick hair. I ended up at this salon at the recommendation of a friend. I was so skeptical! However i am grateful because this has been one of the best hair experiences ever. It has become my bi-monthly me time. The staff are all highly professional, experience and knowledgeable about hair! The environment is warm, welcoming and friendly! My stylist is so fantastic with my hair. I leave there feeling like a million bucks. The head massages are the best. I have had just about everything manicure, pedicure, color, cut, wax...all have been done with care and to perfection. I love coming to the salon and saying do whatever you think will look good! I have never been disappointed! They are great at helping you know what will work best on you and what wont. They are all truly talented and are always going to training and classes to stay current in their profession. They also have the best customer service skills I have ever experienced and will accommodate just about any request and get you in for appointments quickly. They also encourage you to come back for a touch up on your haircut if there is something you aren't happy with, without making you feel bad.
