Getting a Brazilian can definitely be an awkward service, I’ve had a few uncomfortable situations at other places, but I’ve always left kalypsos feeling happy and confident. Avoid at all costs. Had a 6pm Friday appointment scheduled well in advance. Received a text at 4:30 pm that day canceling my session. When I called to ask why, I was told “she went home sick”. Asked that she call me Monday to make things up before I left on vacation that week. No call ever received. Was she really ill, or (given the timing) just sick of working that week? Either way, lack of any follow up shows the complete lack of regard she has for her clients. I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Read Less

Kelly and Dan were super friendly and welcoming. I've never felt more comfortable during a brazilian. I also received an eyebrow wax that was perfection as well. The environment was clean and cozy (immediately faced with the biggest and most inviting couch I've ever seen). The prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend this salon! :) Read Less

I have had such an amazing experience with Kalypso's thus far. Kelly immediately made me feel incredibly comfortable in her presence, which is so important. As opposed to treating me like just another client, she ask that I come in prior for a consultation to really understand what I want and make sure it is a fit with what she offers. I went for my first Brazilian in November in prep of vacation to the Dominican. Kelly was very professional, fast and efficient. She made me feel very comfortable. I recently went back for my second visit which wasn't nearly as painful as the first. Kelly was right about the second time being way better! I highly recommend Kelly for all of your waxing needs.
