Crystal is hands down the best in Rochester. Not only is she great at what she does, but she's also hilarious and keeps you entertained the whole time. In addition, she's one of the very few salons that does dip powder nails in the area. Read Less

She is the best and so reasonable !!!! I was never one to get my nails done all the time and now I cant go without and I'm always so satisfied she will go out of her way to fix a broken nail or anything that happens after its been days since i got my nails done. I have been getting my nails done for 20 years and I feel that I have met the best nail tech now I have been with her for 4 years.... she always makes sure that I am happy with the service....I love how she can do any design that I ask for, free hand... its is always clean and calm setting when I am here I feel like I'm in VIP all the time I JUST LOVE IT........ Very disappointed. Used a groupon for gel manicure. Got the employee not owner. Less than 1 week later one nail polish chipped and not enough nail polish put on ends near nail bed. Called owner who said she'd call me next day. She never did. I called her back. She said that was common a week and a half later to have that much "nail growth". I told her that I have gotten gel manicures which have lasted 2-4 weeks when done properly. She did not want to stand behind nail bed issue which was more than typical " nail growth". The owner is nice but I got the other employee for my pedicure. Worst experience ever! Definitely do not recommend going unless you request the owner. My person was rude and complained about my feet the entire time. She didn't even tell me the chair was a massage kind until the end, then handed me the remote that didn't even work. She never introduced herself to me or made any kind of conversation. However, she did talk to the other customer next to me, ignoring me. Very disappointing to say the least. Purchased an online deal for 35.00 for Gel Mani and Regular Pedicure. I had tried to call multiple times previously to make an appointment but I was calling at 10am (as they are listed to be open at 10am) but appears no one is actually there at that time everyday. I walked in one day but was told to come back another time as there were several people ahead of me - which was fine I was easily able to make an appointment for the next day. Crystal was very nice - I chose my gel color and pedicure color that I liked. Somewhat decent selection of gels and regular colors - but I have seen better in  the area. The massage chairs are comfy and there are a few magazines to look at. She was playing a movie on the TV in the background. The pedicure was average - minimal massage, barely any time spent on callous scrubbing. She cut a small area on skin on one of my toes. I am unsure what brand top coat she is using but the top coat was poor, almost matte. My manicure was average as well - but she then cut the side of my finger as well - and was bleeding forever. I do my own gel manicures often and thought that getting it professionally done might be nice for a change - but not here. She was using the base coat on the side of my finger that was still bleeding and then putting it back into the bottle for the next customers - which could've still had some blood on it. She did wipe the area with alcohol but still should never have placed that brush on my nail while still bleeding. I probably should have left at that point - but let her finish. So I left with the color on multiple nail cuticles and I was so unimpressed. She did offer to redo the finger that was bleeding within a few days should it not set well. I took a picture of the chipping that I was already having after day 5. She was very friendly but I was generally so unimpressed, I would never return. Much better options in the area. Read Less

Excellent! Crystal just opened the nail salon a month and a half ago. I discovered her salon through Groupon, but just went directly to her. She charged me $35 for a full mani/pedi. It's $39 if you want gel. She used to work at Solar Nails on Monroe. The appointment took just over an hour. Crystal is very thorough. Not only did my nails and toes turn out beautifully, but she paid close attention to the entire service! Nail beds neat and clean, took her time with the foot/leg/hand massage and used hot stones. The polish came out beautifully. She used to have a partner working with her, but he recently left because they weren't getting enough clients, probably because they are so new. So one downside is she can really only see about one customer at a time. I recommend calling and scheduling in advance. Definitely will be going back! Read Less
