I do NOT recommend this salon. This is my 3rd time going & each time has been a let down. Today however was a huge let down. I went in for a SNS polish & manicure. I waited 45 min but that's not the reason for my complaint. I did not receive the full manicure so I assume the lady doing my nails (who is the manager) had forgotten & was not going to charge me the extra $15 for the manicure. Nope, not the case. So my nails are "done" however they do not have the shine that they ...usually do & they are still powdery aka not done completely. She charges me $50 instead of $55. WHAT?? So I walk back in to let them know that I had not received a full manicure & was overcharged. The manager doesn't even look up, the lady at the register had to come explain t to me. "Yeah you didn't get a full manicure so we only charged you $10 of the $15" ARE YOUS SERIOUS?? Not "Oh let me finish your manicure" NOPE, just a "Yeah, that's the price sorry." I should have left after they had not 1 but 2 customers come back to have their nails fixed & complain about their manicures not being down correctly during my 45 min of waiting. I have been going to Michelle for my massages for over a year now, she is flexible and very easy to schedule with, she always asks me what is bothering me so she knows where to focus. She does deep tissue massage and hot stones for an excellent pricing. Will also do aromatherapy if you ask. She is the sweetest lady and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my massages.
