This place was awful right when I walked in. They asked me about 8 different times what I wanted when I specifically said loud and clear what it was that i wanted. All of the employees were rude and continued to talk badly of my friends and I as we were sitting there. Definately my last time going. When I first went, I thought they were great. They gave free massages and did pretty good and the place is really nice. I'd have to say though that I never left feeling like "WOW great job"- NEVER. Mediocre services but most places around here are just that- mediocre so i stuck around because the cheap massages lol but lately I've made appointments with certain employees and they stick me with someone else who sucks and when I said no wait I made appt with Kenny or Lily they were like no we have other appts. But so why did you let me make appt.with you in the first place? SMH. On top of it all, the employees all have attitudes. So after almost 2 years, I'm DONE. Went yesterday for a BASIC French SNS and pedicure and it's terrible, un even and bumpy. I am the pickiest when it comes to my nails. This place is fantastic. Elaine knew I was new, took the time to come over and really understand what I wanted. Me and two friends went here to get a basic manicure. They where very nice, however they made me bleed while filing my nail. Then the next day all of us had nails that where chipping. Very disappointed. Read Less

I when to do my SNS nails and the workers keep changing on me also the lady who fiel my nails wasn't even looking at my nails and I was waiting too much for them to finish finish 2/12 hrs. I had a great experience! We went on a Saturday during a busy holiday weekend without an appointment. We didn't have to wait long (maybe 15 minutes). We got pedicures and manicures. The staff was friendly and efficient. The work space was clean and hydgenic. The prices were standard if not cheaper than those around. Would definitely go to again and would definitely recommend! Any nail salon that you go to, i always advice to have a reference, since not everyone does as excellent work as other staff members.I highly recommend Lucy and Kenny for SNS and other types of mani work, and for pedicure i absolutely love Nisa, she gives the best massages. Prices on the wall are completely different from the actual prices. Gel manicure is $25, French Manicure is $15, somehow my French Gel Manicure was $45? That's absolutely absurd! Never coming back. Additionally she filed my cuticles to the point where they were bleeding (now wondering how sanitary that thing is) and pushed them so far back.
