I went there because my normal place was closed and I had a dance and I had to get ANC and a color change on my toes and when the lady takes off my old ANC she doesn't cut my nails and after she does ...

The owner is too arrogant he will take the appointment and push you to the staff you dont want to work done from.I stopped going to this place try Exquisite Nails they do a awesome Job.

Is there a No star option? Not happy with them at all. VIP Nails has been doing my gel nails for a few weeks now and every time I go, the person who does my fill always manages to cut my skin or hur...
Is there a No star option? Not happy with them at all. VIP Nails has been doing my gel nails for a few weeks now and every time I go, the person who does my fill always manages to cut my skin or hurt me in the process. This time when I went I went because one of my nails had fallen off mid week after this salon had just filled them and re-glued some on. So when I went in I explained to them that I just had them done a few days ago with them and one of my nails had fallen off mid week, they charged me $3 dollars for them to fix there mistake. To make matters even worse, they wouldn't take my debit/master card as payment and told me I can pay them next time. With the treatment I received at this place there will NOT be a next time. I told them they will not be getting my business again. I had also told many of my friends who also go to VIP Nails about my experience with them and they vowed to never use them again either. It looks like they will be losing a lot of business.
