Sally's dream nails is less of a dream but more of a nightmare. The technician was very rough, had long nails that continuously pierced me throughout the manicure. In addition she left 2 of my fingers bleeding after pulling my skin off. Horrible experience. Read Less

Where do I even start? I went in for an acrylic fill and repair with gel polish. I was told $3 for repair and $2 for cut down, ok. I went in with coffin shape came out with square. I told her they were too thick and she huffed when I told her. Left still too thick. My nails are jagged on the edges and the color doesn't even go all the way to edge or tip. Just overall bad job. I saw Sally Dream Nail when I went to shopping with my daughter. This was the best place. Everything was awesome from the moment we walked in the door! Sally was friendly and funny. She brought to me a cup of tea. She did a great job on my nails and used top quality products: OPI, Anc,... for my nails. Had a total of 3 appts here. The first as a birthday present so was looking forward to it. Unfortunately, on my first visit, with no clue as to the protocol of the visit I was just told to take a seat. Then when it was coming up to my turn I was hurriedly told to pick a colour. Sat down and had to explain a few times I just wanted overlays. No tips. And was looked at in horror when I didn't want any length! First visit out the way I hoped second would be easier. Wrong. ... The tech I had an appt with I didn't see. However the lady I did have was very good at the polish part. There were a few people while I was there that appeared to have been double booked. I was left between start and finish of my nails also whilst someone else was seen to. Third and final visit. I had to have the overlays off. I booked a time and arrived 10 mins prior. I was seen on time. Overlays removed, after a conversation that is what I wanted and nothing else! Then was left for 20 mins before another tech came over to complete my appt! No explanation, nothing. I gathered, from the conversations etc around me that again the day had been over/double booked. After my overlays were removed and I had left I was shocked to see the state of my nails. Thin, damaged and splitting. I was not aware or made aware that this would happen as a result of gel overlays. In fact nothing was explained to me on my first appt. I can only attribute it to the drill used as it appears to be drill marks that have caused the marking and damage. But I can also still see marks where the overlays were. I would have approached the salon directly but have never had a welcoming feeling or even had a full conversation in the salon as it's all very in, out, business nothing else. Went there on a Tuesday at 5:20 to remove ANC and put on gel. Sally told me to pick a color, she does have a ton of options for color, sat there for about 20 min or so waiting. She finally came over and gave me a bowl of acetone with a paper towel at the bottom told me to soak my bails so i did.. for almost 30 min while she did a familys pedi. I told her i was going to leave and to forget the gel polish. So she told the little girl who was next and about 6yrs old to wait so she could do my nails. She was in such a rush now that she filed a cut into my finger then continued to insult my engagement ring. In the mean time they turned away customers because they are short staffed ( 3 ppl ) and disorganized. I will NEVER go back. Read Less

First time here. They were celebrating their first year in this location and offered strawberries, grapes, cheese and crackers, cookies,dessert pastries and more to their clientele.  I had a simple pedicure, however it felt luxurious. I sat down in the chair with my feet in the wonderful warm water, declined the chair and closed my eyes  so that I could  enjoy my pedicure.  It was so relaxing I have to say I almost fell asleep. She was friendly, gentle with her hands and took her time massaging my legs and feet with lotion, warm towels and hot rocks. I honestly didn't even know this place was here until a few weeks ago, when my boyfriend was driving and I looked out the window at the right time and was like, "wait...is that a nail salon?" Apparently it only opened over the summer, so I don't feel so bad about missing it, and god knows it couldn't be any closer to where I live. I am a carer and was out shopping with my client she is blind, we went into the nail bar to find out how much for a Shape and polish. My client was not sure she had enough money to pay for it. We were about to go when one of the staff said my client could have it done for free , this made my clients day she was over the moon .
