These people were very rude and kept getting angry at me even tho whatever happened was there fault for not telling me to do it right!! They told us 10-15 min wait and we ended up waiting an hour. THE WORST MANI/PEDI I HAVE EVER HAD! I don't get my nails done often these days but I used to get one every two weeks before I started climbing and that was hands down the worst service I have every experienced. I had Wendy and she was the RUDEST nail technician I have ever had!! She kept huffing and puffing when I didn't want to upgrade to anything special. She gave me an 8 minute pedicure. And then there was a stipulation about what I owed at the end; I asked for her to clarify why it was $10 more than I anticipated and she instantly went off on me about owing that much. She made a scene and was loud and so incredibly rude. I have never been treated so poorly. I am not someone who likes confrontation and the only reason why I had even asked in the first place (normally I would have just brushed it off and paid because we were there for a special occasion and why make a deal about it) was because it was just so bad. She basically brought me to tears because I was so embarrassed. I finally said something back to her in the line of being a little nicer and polite seeing as how I just dropped $60 on a service that was so poorly done. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. I understand that everyone has bad days but this was supposed to be a fun girls afternoon with my sister and mom the day before my sister's wedding and instead I'm wasting my time writing this stupid review because I'm so angry and disgusted by the service from that woman. If you decide to go here and see that Wendy is your nail technician then ask for someone else because you will be INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!! I wouldn't normally give only one star because it seemed my sister and mom had fine technicians but the whole place needs to be represented for the staff they hire. These people are rude and disrespectful my daughter in law took my 2 years granddaughter in to get hands and feet painted and they were mean to her and charged $15 for a babies nails and wanted a tip also I would not recommend this place to anyone and they did my daughter in laws hands and feet 2 different colors..really ...waste of time and money for my family and to be mean and rude to a 2 year takes real class... I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I got a fill for my acrylics here and no exaggeration, they started to lift less than a week later. I would get tons of hair stuck in them if I ran my fingers through my hair. LESS THAN A WEEK. Totally wasted my money at this place. I will be bringing my business back to Best Nails in GF. Not a great experience for me. I just wanted a French pedicure. They kept shoving the upgrade menu in my face and even though I said no thank you, I got charged extra. The nail polish didn't last long at all. The fact that the guys were speaking another language and laughing made me feel uncomfortable. They weren't speaking to the customers at all.
