they do a great job and when they are speaking in their language, I didn't feel as if they were talking about me. they treated me very nicely and the job that they did on my nails is remarkable, I have never had my nails look so wonderful for such a long time (my hands are in chemicals on a daily basis)

The people are super friendly, but have no idea how to do ANC. Nails aren't evenly shaped, and the guy picked at my skin with his fingernails to get the polish he left on if off. He used regular top coat which left marks and imprints on my nails BC they weren't cured properly. Also, he soaked my fingers in acetone and pulled the used acetone back into a squeeze jar to use again. He wiped the bowl out and out it back on a shelf without being disinfected. The buffers and files were very warn out and not disinfected either. Very disappointed. If he wasn't so friendly, I wouldn't have tipped.

I took my daughter with me for our first pedicures of the season. We did have an appointment though were not acknowledged when we walked in the door. We waited for someone to visit the front desk to ask us our names and seat us. I asked if they had a rack to hang my coat on and was told their coat rack was broken. My technician suggested I drape it over the back of the large massage chair. I found this strange and somewhat unaccommodating. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade our pedicures to the deluxe pedi which our technician explained included hot rock treatments and massage. For ten dollars more we agreed to upgrade. I didn't notice much difference. The rocks were taken out of some sort of warming oven wrapped in a towel. The rocks were removed from the towel and rubbed all over our shins and calves. It felt nice, nothing great. The rocks were quickly rinsed in water, wrapped in a towel and put back into the little oven - not even washed. This was a bit gross as it of course made me wonder how many other legs they had been rubbed on. The rest of the pedi was adequate and the staff was very nice. I will say my color started to chip after six days. As I do believe in second chances I will probably go back, but I will stay away from the dirty rocks.

They did a great job on my manicure and pedicure. The prices here are not updated though. Mani is $14 and pedi is $25. They were very nice and professional and clean. Manicure stayed for several days which was nice. (I also took in my own polish so I could retouch as needed). At the end, they put stuff on my nails to dry faster and my mom asked for the same and they put oil on her hands. So we left and her hands were super oily and she couldn't touch anything. It was really weird, and I think the language barrier may have contributed to it. Overall good experience and I will return!

Great friendly service and very clean. I had a spa pedicure and gel manicure. Y nails and toes look beautiful. If I lived here this would be my regular salon.

Not happy with the way my nails turned out. Special pedicure was not worth the extra $10. The towel she wiped my arms & hands with smelled dirty. Won't be going back.

I have been here twice now. The pedicures are very nice. They do not include hot rocks in the massage nor do they do hot wax, but the massage is very relaxing and the experience is very nice.

Manicure stayed for several days which was nice. (I also took in my own polish so I could retouch as needed).
