Place is HORRIBLE. He smudged one of my nails and painted my skin, he didn’t paint half of my pinky nail and when I asked him to fix it he said it looks fine. I’m never going back to this place do not go there. Read Less

I was waiting to get a service done when I noticed two employees making fun of a young client. She couldn't have been anymore than 15 or 16. They made fun of her feet and tried to clown her into getting her eyebrows done. Read Less

Terrible customer service. Nails look crappy, refuse refund for crappy work, and just plain rude and disrespectful. Will never go again!!!! Husband and wife lazy, do crappy work, and try to act like immature teenagers without parental guidance. Please save your time and money and go somewhere else. Read Less

Usually good. Not today. Had my nails done 5 days ago and they broke off and crumbled. I went back and they charged me to fix them! Wth?! ANC can last 1 month. And 5 days later you charge full price to a long term customer? Pissed. Read Less

I DO NOT, I REPEAT, I DO NOT recommend anyone to go here, not only did my nails come out looking awful but then my 17 yr old daughter was there getting her nails done by one of the guys and another guy was doing a pedicure and got mad at the guy doing my daughters nails, took the towel out from under the customers feet and wadded it up and threw it at the guy doing my daughters nails, not only did this dirty towel hit my daughter across the face before it hit the guy but then... when I complained after finding this out I spoke to a man that said he was aware of the situation and all he could tell me that he assured me it wouldn't happen again and that she could not get a refund nor another time of her nails for free and when I explained that it was unsanitary let alone not professional and he admitted it happened that he couldn't do anything about it. Maybe it's time for them to be turned into the BBB to look at what goes on here and that we as paying customers deserve to be treated with respect and get the proper, safe services that we are paying for with a lil bit of respect and courtesy when we have a complaint. I was so in love when I first got them done. My first time ever gettin my nails done. French manicure. Later that night I started to notice a tint on my tips. Then next morning the tips were turning brown. Now they are more brown and also in the acrylic. Two days later and this is how they look... I have no clue why this has happened but it sucks. Absolutely terrible! I've never been so disgusted with customer service! So rude. I asked to get the gel manicure and the guy said the AVN is better and will stay on longer, 4 weeks, so I agreed. Paid $30 for my nails to start chipping and falling off a week later. Went back and asked if there's anything they could do and they said I was peeling them off so no. I will post a picture of what my nails looked like so you all can see that I clearly was not pulling them off they were just chipping off. Hope everyone found this helpful..
