Hit or miss with this place. If your the only customer your experience will be great. If they have more then 4 customers your not gonna like it. They move the technicians around, its rushed and the manager always seems to breathing down the girls backs to finish. The rewards card they offer is a joke. You have to buy the card then only cents of your purchase goes to the reward. They over charge of your not paying attention to the bill, then dont know how to refund.

Updating my review to warn others of terrible management experience.
I’ve been coming here since they opened and I will say the technicians are lovely. The issue lies purely with the management.
I get there as early as I can on a Saturday as they do get busy. Today I got seen straight away which was brilliant. Got my pedicure done and then moved to a seat for my manicure. Noticed after 10 minutes I wasn’t being attended anymore - my technician had been reassigned. After 20 minutes I finally got someone’s attention and asked where my technician was (I didn’t care if it was someone New). Got told 5 more minutes. I explained I had been sat there without any communication from them for 20 minutes already and I actually have somewhere to be soon. Five more minutes they said. Ten minutes later and still no one.
I decide to leave as complaining seems to get you treated even worse. Asked to speak to the manager and the front desk person said that was her. Asked for the contact details of the owner to contact them - handed me the business card which if I called I would end up speaking to her. The only explanation they gave was that other people had appointments. I had been there for 1.5 hours already in the middle of my services, their poor management should not impact me.
I used to go there every two weeks (as much as I could) and order a number of services. This does not matter a bit to them.
The solution they gave me? To next time book an appointment and request a specific person so that the technician wouldn’t be reassigned.
I’m not picky about my technician, I didn’t complain for anything other than their incredibly poor management.
I am a single Mum of twins, I don’t get a lot of time to myself and this has now ruined today.

Super luxurious and relaxing. Amazingly clean. There is a really nice variety of services in different price ranges. From a $25 basic pedicure to $65 or more pedicures that include massages and other treats. Lots of massage packages available as well. All chair basins are lined with disposable plastic liners so you don't have to worry. And all tools come out in sealed sanitized packaging. I have been a number of times and I've never been disappointed. They also run various specials for holidays and offer gift certificates. The chair massage is a great inexpensive addition to any treatment.

I would give zero if I could. The first time I went I had my nails done- they came out decent but I liked the massages they offered as a VAS. I went back to get my lashes done and its was HORRIBLE. I paid 99$ and two days later they are coming off in huge clumps and highly damaging my real ones. They take a girl from a different salon and have her come over. I had to be on a massage table with head of the massage jamming me in the back for over an hour because the girl couldnt see. She was very nice but her skills are not good. They dont ask what style or if you want them natural looking or more cat eyed. They are not of good quality. When I was done after she did them I could even use a brush without it getting stuck in the glue patches. I never had fake lashes so terrible. I called to get my money back because I paid 99$ and this is only day #2. And the lady who answered the phone told me to come in and they would fix them. But how are you going to put fake lashes on now very brittle real lashes and damaged real lashes. She refused to give me a refund. now im out 99$, damaged lashes and weird fake ones mixed in. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Very nice nail salon.. very relaxing. Massage chairs. Very very clean. Quiet. Soothing. Great staff. Friendly people. Parking is a hassle.

This negative review is based solely on the service I received. I was a new customer, so I called to make an appointment. I arrived on time for this appointment, and waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. When I finally was asked to be seated for my pedicure, the woman doing my nails laughed at my deformed toes. This is something I've always been self conscious about, an the staff were unnecessary unkind about it. So much so, the woman doing my nails appeared to be grossed out, stood up, left, and had someone else finish the pedicure. Now, more than 3 hours later (yes it took that long to receive a gel mani, and a regular pedi), I'm leaving more self conscious about my feet, upset, and nearly $100 poorer. No tip was provided for their rudenessI went to have a nice, relaxing experience, and instead was treated unkindly. Never again will I go to this salon, simply because of the service.

We didn't plan to get pedicures - but after a long day of walking in the cold - we passed by and it called us in. Only $20 for pedi - okaaay! We got more than the usual basic ordinary so it felt awesome. Really nice massage and lotion with heat on the feet. They ended it with wax on the heel - never had that before - nice touch mmhmmThe two ladies that did our feet were SUPER sweet and were dealing with our cracking up bc Tank is ticklish with her feet. They were so friendly and we had a lot of fun. The massage chairs were of course nice too after that day of walking and walking and walking. We appreciate Tank's feet being cleaned up so no injuries happen in bed. Yesssss

Best nail shop in Astoria/LIC, I've been to almost all of them... Believe me (Trump voice lol) The place is extremely sanitary which is of the utmost importance to me. But almost as important is the attitude of the staff. The girls here are all sweet as can be, I've had bad experiences where I was loyal to nail salons for years and treated badly, almost as if I was an imposition. From day one the ladies at Nail Bliss have not taken me for granted. Also their work speaks for itself. Very detailed and clean manicures no matter who I sit with. I can be an annoying client with special requests, but I've never gotten an eye rolled at me. Lol. Plastic liners in the pedicure tubs. Complimentary green tea. Love this place, there are nail salons down the street from me but I walk the extra 5 blocks to support this awesome business. PS cash only for gratuity

I paid 99$ and two days later they are coming off in huge clumps and highly damaging my real ones. They take a girl from a different salon and have her come over.
