I’ve been going to Floris Nails almost 10 years. I’m a regular customer as are my daughters and husband and we are great tippers. I’m really disappointed that today when I had a nail emergency and heading out of town, I stopped by in the hopes of getting a manicure. I never drop in as I always make an appointment but as I said it was an emergency. To my dismay there was no accommodation or interest in trying to help me! I was told I’d need to wait a minimum of an hour or maybe more. I would have at least felt better if there was a sense of empathy even if in the end there was nothing they could do. Instead I was treated like anyone off the street rather than the loyal customer I’ve been. I will get my nails done when I get to San Antonio. What isn’t clear is where will my new salon be because great customer service and relationships mean something to me.

I decided to take a chance with this place and indeed it was below piss poor. The service was rushed, too many smiling faces and an absolute abundance to decor with below par service. Never again! My relative and I did a pedicure. The tools looked like something from a $0.99 store plastic and cheap.
My nails were unevenly filed. The chosen aromatic reminded me of cheap candy from a gum ball machine. Perhaps I should stick to the places I know.
Never again! When the smiling faces asked, how was the pedi? I smiled and said it was horrible, explained why and exclaimed never again. If you’re just in to the decor and below par service, great for you. Otherwise clip, file and buff your own nails. Run from this place!

I have been to this place three times.
The first time in at my hair don in the hair salon, and had the work experience I have ever had getting my hair done.
The stylists were extremely preoccupied with events going on outside of the salon, like a funeral they were attending and what they were ordering for lunch. I was there for almost four hours for a cut color touch up.
They were not attentive to me at all and didn't even give me what I asked for. They charged me for a glaze that was 75 dollars without telling me bc that was their attempt to fix the color. I will NEVER go back.
The other two times was for a pedicure.
The first time wasnt a horrible experience. The lady was nice and did a good job. But i was barely helped when I arrived and waited a very long time for there only being a few clients.
Today however, I walked in and was looked at by several of the employees but otherwise COMPLETELY Ignored, as was the lady behind me. We waited for a good five minutes. Then two employees came up behind the counter to pay a client out (still not acknowledging either one of us waiting) after waiting another two minute being ignored, I asked the kid behind the counter if they were taking more clients or closed already. It was only 4pm and they close at 6pm. He turned around, obviously overwhelmed, and said they were not taking anymore clients.
This place is absolutely ridiculous. I will not return. It is obvious they do not focus on customers service and are not properly staffed with management or employees.
To say that you are not taking more clients two hours before you close is ridiculous and throwing money in the trash today, and In the future.
These experiences have happened over several months, so this is not just a bad week or two for them. It is just how they do business, and I do not support establishments who conduct business like this.

It was my first time going to this salon. It looked really nice. I came here to get my nails done. I got a simple manicure with regular polish. It was also my first time having my nails done at a salon since I usually do my own nails. But the lady that did my nails was nice and she was also gentle too. My nails look even and she did a good job with painting my nails. I would come again next time I plan to get my nails done.

Went to Floris today after a three year hiatus, I used to work in the mall but now work elsewhere and coming here was out of the way. I used to frequent this salon a long time ago and I am happy to say nothing has changed. Sometimes businesses lose their luster but Floris has maintained itself very nicely. Needless to say my visit today was well worth the wait! My manicure and pedicure came out flawless and the service was great. Sally did a great job on my admittedly neglected feet and hands. I work as a server so they're abused regularly lol This salon is expensive but you get what you pay for--my nails look nice and were painted perfectly. If you're in the mood to treat yourself then check out this location, you will not be disappointed!

BUT i went there due to the fact i thought they was gone do great quality nails for the amount they chargered me they charged me $75 dollars for tips coffin shape the lady that did my nails was HORRIBLE she didn’t know how to do coffin nails all my nails where different shapes and sizes to the point where i told her leave it alone I’m leaving & STILL HAD TO PAY $75 DOLLARS for something that didn’t look like $75 dollars worth of nails.. BAD BAD BAD !

I am new to Glendale area and I just walked in to the salon. There was a wait if you don't have appointment which is totally fine. Place is very nice, offering facials and massage too and I didn't mind to wait. It just started to go downhill when the lady who started to do my nail looked at them and said that my cuticle are very dry so she won't soak them in water, she will apply only oil. I found it strange, but it was my first time there so I thought they have another oil treatment for nails.. long story short - she was so in rush that she did only express manicure which looked like I could do it with the same result at home. And I paid $15!When I asked the lady up front who I thought that she was a manager if that's how they do it... so told me that If I want to do manicure with soaking my hand in water.. I have to ask for it.... Which is nonsense because any other place are doing that as a part of the process.I will not go to that place anymore. Maybe other people have different experience if someone else is doing their nails and won't rush them, but not for me. I can't recommend to anyone.

I have been coming here with my mom for about a year now. They do an OK job with manicure and pedicure. Both me and my mom got a 50 dollar pedicure and manicure. The woman doing my pedicure was mediocre, didn't talk, and did a HORRIBLE job with the 10 minute massage as promised. After finishing my manicure and pedicure and drying, I proceeded to give her a 10 dollar tip. This rude woman GRABBED the money out of my hand and didn't even say "Thank you" at all. The nice lady getting her nails done by the same woman looked shocked and disgusted as well. She continued to mouth to my mother that the same woman had been rude to her while she was getting her manicure. Her name is Kim! Avoid her at ALL costs. However my Mother received a lovely lady for her manicure and pedicure, she took her time and is truly a sweetheart. Her name is Helen.

Went in for an appointment this morning for a regular mani pedi, (only reason i came here is because its right outside nysc)... while i sat for a pedi with regular polish already on my hands and feet...
Went in for an appointment this morning for a regular mani pedi, (only reason i came here is because its right outside nysc)... while i sat for a pedi with regular polish already on my hands and feet the nail tech took it upon herself to soak my hands in acetone and foil to remove my polish without asking anything (apparently she thought i had on gel which i didn't have on my matching feet) When I told her it was burning my hands she looked shocked that the Polish came off so quick Made me take the foils off myself! , after finishing my mani she added $10 to the regular mani pedi total $50. I explained to her that her $10 gel removal soak was unnecessary to begin with since i had regular polish on, after a huge scene and humiliation it was taken off the bill. I decided not to tip in this case due to the fact that 1. I was humiliated 2. Miscommunication on their end 3. I don't like liars 4. My hands were burned in acetone 5. She attempted to say everyone gets acetone soak removals which is BS. As im walking out the door the front desk girl asks if i paid the tech "a service fee"? Do not go here this place is overrated and clearly dishonest with customers. Honesty is very important to me

I used to get my nails done here a few years back when it was more affordable. I went back 3 weeks ago cause i was already at the mall and the lady that did my pedicure was so sloppy, i had to get her attention three times about my cuticles not being cleaned right. Not to mention that she finished painting my toes before the lady that was next chair from me that started 10 mins ahead of me. At the end when i went to seat down at the driers she didn't even bother to ask me if i wanted massage. While there was this nice lady by the name of Yolanda which gave me the best back massage. Tonight i am going back to try her services. Will keep you posted!

Prices are ridiculous but I got a decent job done. I was upset that after paying and giving a tip that I thought my nail technician deserved (double digits too I was not cheap) she had the nerve to come back and say that she deserves a bigger tip and would not leave me alone until I gave her more money. I thought this was highly unprofessional and will not be returning here.

This place is so clean and peaceful. Unlike a lot of nail salons in NY. The only thing I would say is that the prices are high, nothing crazy. But I guess you get what you pay for. And here is quality, peacefulness, and a great massage.

My partner and I always frequent Atlas Park fir the theater but have never gone to the nail salon. We recently decided we wanted to try it before we went to see a movie. I have naturally long nails, and like to keep them a little longer than usual, for a guy. I had two technicians work on me, one (I forgot her name, and feel really bad about that lol) did my manicure, and Amy did my design. I was so far beyond satisfied. The salon is clean, inviting, the technicians are professional and personable. Amy is a boss. . . I repeat, Amy is a boss. My design was perfectly executed, and I will be going back again. My partner's nails were also very well done, he just got a regular manicure. Moral of the story, if you want to get your nails done, well, and are looking for a new place to frequent, Floris is the place.

I got eyelash extensions done here for the first time and Tess did an absolutely amazing job! The eyelashes look so natural and she gave me the exact look I was going for! So far they have lasted about a week and a couple fell out (due to removing heavy makeup for a party) but they look gorgeous! Will definitely be coming here again

A bit pricey but completely satisfied with my mani and pedi best one I've gotten in years. Staff was super friendly, which makes it super comfortable for someone's first time at a new nail salon. I could help to notice but, they have a large list of services (facials, massages, hair, eyelashes and waxing), I definitely will be going back. My experience here was definitely worth its price!Side Tip: Bring cash for tip they won't charge tip of debit/credit cards, but if anything they do have an ATM machine (yay)

Love this place; they all work very hard and although you often need to wait, I think it's worth it. The team always make my acrylic nails nice and thin so they look as natural as possible. Vanessa is especially talented. And over Christmas they work late nights and Sundays.

Prices are ridiculous but I got a decent job done. I was upset that after paying and giving a tip that I thought my nail technician deserved (double digits too I was not cheap) she had the nerve to come back and say that she deserves a bigger tip and would not leave me alone until I gave her more money. I thought this was highly unprofessional and will not be returning here.

I use to come here a lot back in the day, came back to try it out. And Amy (manager) did my feet. She's so sweet and funny. She did them so nice and gave me the best foot massage ever. This place is so clean and peaceful. Unlike a lot of nail salons in NY. The only thing I would say is that the prices are high, nothing crazy. But I guess you get what you pay for. And here is quality, peacefulness, and a great massage.

My partner and I always frequent Atlas Park fir the theater but have never gone to the nail salon. We recently decided we wanted to try it before we went to see a movie. I have naturally long nails, and like to keep them a little longer than usual, for a guy. I had two technicians work on me, one (I forgot her name, and feel really bad about that lol) did my manicure, and Amy did my design. I was so far beyond satisfied. The salon is clean, inviting, the technicians are professional and personable. Amy is a boss. . . I repeat, Amy is a boss. My design was perfectly executed, and I will be going back again. My partner's nails were also very well done, he just got a regular manicure. Moral of the story, if you want to get your nails done, well, and are looking for a new place to frequent, Floris is the place.

I got eyelash extensions done here for the first time and Tess did an absolutely amazing job! The eyelashes look so natural and she gave me the exact look I was going for! So far they have lasted about a week and a couple fell out (due to removing heavy makeup for a party) but they look gorgeous! Will definitely be coming here again

I really like this place. Its a bit far for me but when i need great service i come. I have done my lashes with Tess (she is amazing) very natural look and long lasting job. I get my nails done by Helen which is also very nice. Amy the manager is very helpful and kind. I have always had a great experience here. Been visiting "floris" for about a year and a half and i plan to keep on coming here.

A bit pricey but completely satisfied with my mani and pedi best one I've gotten in years. Staff was super friendly, which makes it super comfortable for someone's first time at a new nail salon. I could help to notice but, they have a large list of services (facials, massages, hair, eyelashes and waxing), I definitely will be going back. My experience here was definitely worth its price!Side Tip: Bring cash for tip they won't charge tip of debit/credit cards, but if anything they do have an ATM machine (yay)

Love this place; they all work very hard and although you often need to wait, I think it's worth it. The team always make my acrylic nails nice and thin so they look as natural as possible. Vanessa is especially talented. And over Christmas they work late nights and Sundays.
