Received a pedicure in less than half an hour, felt very rushed....I was even asked if I needed help choosing a color. Guess I was taking too long! They didn’t ask what shape I wanted for my toes or if I wanted them cut, how short etc. I was also charged an extra $5 because they had to remove nail polish from a few of my toes. This is by far the best nail salon in the area. The technicians are friendly and they definitely know what they're doing. I've never felt rushed, and they always pay attention to detail. Ok now...this place is lot closer to my houseAfter reading a lot of reviews about this place I decided to take a chance and I am glad I did so farI made an appointment with "Tony" 2 weeks ago on a Sunday Walked in for my appointment looked around and the place was clean and very professional and wide open spaces. I was greeted with a nice lady and advised her that I have an appointment with Tony she said ok take a seat and she handed me 3 books of designs and colors. I looked at them while I am waiting for my appointment to start with Tony. He arrives in seconds and says did u pick out what you wanted and I said yes , I showed him what I liked and he started to work on my nails. Omg one of the best manicures I have ever had he put on some plastic gloves on my hands to make them soft while he is working on my nails, this whole process took no more then a hour. I believe this place is going to be my number one place to go and get a manicure done because at work yesterday I got a compliment from a patient about the designs on my nails and she wanted to know who I used and gave her the info. 2 weeks ago I did my nails and they are still going strong...If you want your nails look like brand new after 2 weeks have Tony do your nails...thank you a happy customer Read Less

Honestly, this is my favorite nail salon. Cleanliness is the most important thing to me in a salon and they are extremely cleanly, which is such an anomaly in this area. All of the tools are sterilized and taken out of the package right before they are used. The sinks where pedicures are done are wrapped in plastic which is changed after each use. They use disposable files and buffers. I got a French manicure and pedicure which looked amazing. The young man that did them was a perfectionist. He was very careful and meticulous. Had a really nice plain old manicure here. The salon is clean and I watched all techs performing sterilization activities. Every client starts with a sterilized pack containing cuticle trimming tools. My tech was very gentle and precise on my cuticles. My nails were in terrible shape; short, jagged, and uneven. The tech got them all the same length and shape. He put on 4 coats of polish.   Cost of a manicure is $12. I gave him a $3 tip. Worth every penny. I am very disappointed with this salon. After seeing the good reviews, I made an appointment for me, my mom and my sister to get our nails done together. We wanted a nice little spa trip together.We walked into the salon 5 minutes before our appointment time with every chair and every technician taken, some of them just starting on the people that sat down! We waited about 10 minutes, and asked someone when we would be seen and if the 3 of us would be getting our nails done at the same time, or if we would go one after another. The technician informed us that we would be going one after another, and another 10 minute wait. What was the point of us making appointments for 3 people at a certain time if they would not accommodate it? They shouldn't even take appointments if they will not honor them.I will not be going back. Read Less

Great place but a little over priced. Abby and Leah are great. Wish for kids under 12 mani and pedis were more reasonably priced or at the very least you get what you paid for. I have no problem paying full price for kids if you do the job but a little filing and then polish change shouldn't be a kids mani pedi when you are paying full price. They are very clean. Read Less

After this nail spa was recommended on dutchess county  moms group on FB by many moms,I decided to go for my first time. I wanted a powder manicure. I was greeted immediately and waited only a small time at a table. I loved the presentation of powder nail colors in a lil book which they gave to me while I was seated having my nails soak and not standing feeling rushed. I had Eric do my nails. He was very thorough and he gave a great shoulder massage when my nails were drying. When I paid he offered a rewards card they have. Very nice very sweet and courteous. Place was clean and big. This is the best nail salon in the area. Everything is super clean, you get a new set of tools out of the package every time you go. The staff is super nice and accommodating, always done in reasonable amount of time. I usually come here a few times a month. My experience has been overall a positive one however I was disappointed with the powder gel manicure I recently tried. It seems the technician wasn't very familiar or new to the technique and it shows. She even touched my nail before it was dry and left a finger imprint and didn't want to fix it, I had to ask. For a $35 manicure I shouldn't have to ask. She also took too much off of my eyebrow during a wax after I specifically said two times to please follow the shape and I just wanted a cleanup. I absolutely love this place. I found it back in November when I was temporarily living in Dutchess County. I have since moved to Orange County. I tried a few places up here and the closest I came to it was a place in New Windsor but I went a few times and realized it was not worth the trip! So I now go back to Million! I have had only one not so great powder gel manicure and I think it is because she was just very sloppy and inexperienced. On Wednesday I went and Eric did my pedicure and manicure. He was phenomenal! He gave me the best powder gel manicure I have ever had! It is a 50 minute ride for me and worth every minute. One of the most important things to me is how very clean it is there. This place is so clean and nice. The staff was so nice and weren't rude at all. The lady who did my nails (Karen) did an amazing job and made sure I was completely satisfied with my nails. Always so pleased with how my acrylic nails turned out. Love the selection of gel polish they have (three full books!). The salon is clean, open, and bright. I especially like how they use a new buffer and file for each client. They also go above and beyond a regular acrylic fill by trimming cuticles, putting on a lotion glove and doing a hand massage with a hot towel. Million nails is a bit pricer than fellow salons but you get a quality mani. The only complaint is the wait time. They say half hour but it truly only is 10min. I recommend them to all my friends. I went to Million Nail Spa for the ratings and location.  The space seemed clean.  They had lots of colors and gel polishes to choose from.  Staff was nice and accommodating.  I decided to get a spa pedicure and expected the usual with a callus peel.. I was surprised when they wrapped my legs in hot towels, used hot stones, and gave a longer than 2 second massage that I was used to. Gel manicure came out nicely as well.  Services were a little pricey, but better than I expected or what I usually get. I do recommend if you want a true spa treatment! Read Less

Fair prices, extremely clean & great atmosphere.I came here for a gel spa pedicure & to soak off my existing gel on my toes. I had a burn on my left leg and Theresa was very careful & gentle not to irritate it. They have a great selection of gel colors, you're not flipping through a bunch of nail wheels overwhelmed from choice overload. Everyone was very kind. I called 1.5 hours in advance on a Sunday and was taken for my 12:30 appt right away when I arrived 10 minutes early. I'm very pleased with the service I received. I requested not to have a hot stone massage which is what's included with the spa pedicure and Theresa gave me a great leg and foot massage for 10 minutes instead. My gel pedicures typically last 6-8 weeks, so I will be back then. In the mean time, I think I will come back in a couple weeks to soak off my acrylics and get a nice gel mani. I come here every couple of weeks for a gel manicure. They did such a great job on my gel manicure and spa pedicure! I had a toenail break off at work and they made the acrylic look so natural! Also, I chose a light color for my nails. On the second coat I could tell it would be streaky and I made a mental note not to go that light again. This place is very clean and gives an adequate manicure and pedicure.  I have been there once and would go back if I really needed a service and I couldn't get to my regular place.  The price is definitely right for the level/quality of service.  There  was nothing bad about the manicure and pedicure I had, it just wasn't great. Just visited this salon.. I was unhappy with my previous salon and wanted to try some place new. It is very clean and spacious. Everything is new and well organized. It was clear that the tools were sterilized and in sealed packages. They use a brand new nail file on each person. I had a pink fill done by Tony. Nails came out great, just how I like them! Meticulously clean. All instruments come froman indicator sensitive bag from a sterilizer. They put the protective bag into the soaker tub for your pedicure. If you get a gel manicure they use a  UV protective hand glove. The salon itself is beautiful. Tony does a phenomenal job. My nails have never looked this great. Read Less

It's beautiful in here. Clean. Worker greeted me as soon as I walked n the door.I like it. They use relaxing products on top of the massage chairs. The rub and soak ya heels with this liquid have ya feet feeling like velvet. And while ya feet dries at the station they give u a lil extra.
